Seven Oaks Deli

I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 lbs potato salad earlier today. When I got home, my family members and I digged in. Slowly… every bite was delicious.
I will never go to Subway ever again.
The 2 ladies were very nice too.

This deli has the most amazing sandwiches. Their pastrami is so delicious. They have high quality meat

I’m so sad to give this place one star because I used to love coming here. Up until I moved this summer, I came here 2 – 3 times a week. LOVED IT! I was visiting my parents for the holidays and had to stop in. The first time, I chocked it up to an off day. Everyone has them. Came back and had the same experience. It’s definitely NOT the kind of place I would frequent anymore. The sandwiches are ho-​hum and the customer service is non-​existent. If you don’t want to help customers and prepare food, find another job. This visit has ruined the place for me so I’m not sure if I’ll stop in the next time I’m in town. Or ever again.

Won’t be back, roast beef sandwich was full of oil and mayonnaise plus, a whole lot of bread, the French rolls they use are nothing special, the best part for me was their shredded lettuce. Also it is specified on their menu what’s included which stated some peppers on the side however after paying just short of $ 10 for one large sandwich she told me that would cost an additional .50 cents, so declined then I pointed out the obvious disparity

Seriously the worst customer service ever! If you close at 6pm and stop serving at 5:40 you should really adjust your hours to a proper time so a customer doesn’t waste their time driving down here EVEN BEFORE CALLING PRIOR.
I walked in here thinking I’m going to finally try a new place that I constantly drive by but NOPE. I really hate leaving reviews like this but for F — ‘s sake don’t make me drive 10 miles for some lame excuse that it’s close to closing. A salad /​sandwich takes 5 minutes to make. You could’ve at least greeted and kindly said you’re not serving anymore instead of screeching in my ear that you’re closed. It’s 20 til so re – fuggin-​lax.
Based on this experience you lost a local potential customer. Thanks for nothing you baboons.

I am only giving it two stars because my turkey sandwich was delish but my husband’s pastrami was horrible. The pastrami was fatty and lukewarm at hest and the girl that served us was not the sharpest tool in the shed. Just young and lack. of customer service skills. Ordered a large got a small and when I brought it to. her attention.she said she would just make hm another small. I said please make sure its hot and it was not, the cheese wasnt even melted.

Fresh bread and ingredients, but the only thing that made it «A Club» was bacon. No ham, no roast beef. Friendly staff, small space, you’re gonna get it To Go.

It’s kinda a 300lb woman’s club joined together and opened a sub-​sandwich shop for the locals and truck drivers. They do have a nice selection of sandwiches and about 10 homemade side salads to pick from. Potato, Pasta, Macaroni and some other interesting salads. The place in kinda small so if someone comes move to the side if you can find one or just hit the walls, and let them pass-​by. I was picking up a sandwich for my dad a Italian combo, he said it was excellent I told him it was made with love a-​whole-​lot-​of-​love. lol.
Seriously this place was good with excellent service. Enjoy.

Their napkins are so small u need 20 per sandwich. But besides those 2 cheesy things their sandwiches are the best and staff is ALWAYS friendly.

Today was my first visit to this deli. I was driving by and had an urge to try it, and I’m glad I did! I had the large cold roast beef grinder with their standard toppings (pepperoncinis included on the sandwich!) It was AWESOME! I felt like I was back in an east coast hero shop near where I grew up. Prefect ratio of meat, cheese, and bread. The toppings were fresh, and the lettuce was shredded, just like it should be. By far the best hero I’ve had in my 25 years in California. I will definitely be going back!

Food is great! Workers are friendly, I really can’t remember the last time I had a sandwich that good!

I love their sandwiches! Today I tried the California (turkey, bacon & avocado). It was really good. As my sandwich was being made, someone ordered the hot roast beef with green chili. Looked and smelled great. I’ll have to try that one next time. My usual go to is the Club. I have to admit that I tried their pastrami once and it was just okay. Service here is always great. It’s a little hole in the wall place, but clean and good. Worth a stop.

It’s hard not to love this place! First of all its been in Corona forever! This is a good thing! It means they provide food people like, keep their place clean, and run a profitable business! If you think that they shouldn’t be there, then go eat your crappy Subway cardboard sandwiches down the road!
Okay rant over! Now for this amazing deli! They make all their sides from scratch and they are
!! I love the tuna pasta salad, the potato salad, and the Italian pasta salad!
As for the sandwiches we always get tuna or turkey! They are huge, filled with meat and tasty. Keep in mind this is a deli, so if you want it one way just tell them and they will make it how you want it, otherwise they are going to make it the traditional deli style!
The ladies have always been friendly and happy to have us when I have been in, never a sour face! We will keep coming for years to come!

Today was the first time here and we will be back! Sandwiches were FILLED with meat and the potato salad was yummy! The lady working today was extremely friendly and very welcoming! This will be our new deli! The service and food is outstanding!

Have been here many many times over our 16 years of living in Temescal Valley and never ever a bad visit. Love the fact they have kid size — type sandwiches. Every sub made to order, fresh bread and the sides are even bit delicious as the sub. I’ve stopped in just for pasta salad to serve at parties… SHHHHH! I said I made it! Don’t drive by, stop in. The girls are always friendly.

Overly salty club and the service was salty too.

Just found this place. It’s exactly the style deli I like. Great meats, all the toppings, wide variety of breads, and all the wonderful sides you would expect.
This is one of those craft sandwhich places that make really good sandwiches… period.

Had been wanting to go to this deli for the last couple of months. I drive past it daily. None of my co-​workers wanted to join me as they said it didnt look that great.
After reading the reviews on Y, and saw that some of my fellow motorcycle riders stop here, it had to be good; we (motorcycle riders) don’t stop unless there is a good reason…
It’s a great small little deli. Only room for 4 (two tables of two) to sit inside, but it was a beautiful day and they had 4 or 5 picnic benches outside.
All of the salads were home-​made (as well as the brownies). Didnt really care for the blue cheese potato thing someone else her mentioned, but that was probably a personal thing, not a reflection of quality.
Would have probably given this place a 7.7 on a 1 to 10 but rounded it up because the customers are regulars, help was nice, and they got me in and out faster then most sandwich shops.

F*** this place. It’s too bad, the sandwiches are excellent. But the service is pitiful. That’s if they don’t decide to close early without warning. And if they do close up shop early, and the sign still says OPEN, don’t worry… they’ll tell you when you come through the door they’re closed.
Been there all these years… and no business sense.

My husband and I stop here after long motorcycle rides. It is next to the Seven Oaks Nursery. The parking lot is for customers of both the Nursery and the Deli.
The sandwiches are good, but the salads are very good! I asked to sample three different salads. All were very tasty and fresh. The staff have always been pleasant too.
This place is clean. It is very small with only two tables inside and a couple of benches with umbrellas outside.
They do not have an indoor bathroom. You have to use an outdoor Portable bathroom. If this is an issue for you, do not go to this eatery and complain. You have been informed. This is not a fancy place. It is a small simple Deli.
I am giving this location 4 stars because they do not have an indoor bathroom which I prefer. My rating has nothing to do with the location, cleanliness, freshness, quality or taste of their food.
