Round Table Pizza

Terrible customer service on the phone. ALWAYS late on the delivery. I think I’m done with this particular round table!
Over an hour late tonight because they got busy!?!
Called twice before being told our pizza would be complimentary. Ordered at 6:20 pizza showed up at 8:26pm.

First time at this place after the movies with my wife and son. Walked in and the place was filthy. 3 of the staff in corner talking an nobody at register. Unclean tables all over. Finally, a young lady walked over from their conversation and took our order. Asked for Xl combo and was told they r out of that size dough! WTF? Told her out 2 med together and there U go. She’s like «O ya»!!! Got seated outside and pizza came. Out of the oven it was still kinda cool, but we were hungry and ate. This place strongly needs better management. Only guy doin anything was the bar keep! Make sure to not go back to this establishment.

Pizza and wings were awesome. Next time definitely going to try the Parmesan Garlic Twists.

We had a previous terrible experience here so we were nice enough to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again tonight. Immediately regretting this decision! We ordered two very simple pizzas and since they don’t deliver to us we went to pick it up. They usually take a while so we waited twenty minutes before leaving and we live about ten minutes or so from there. My husband went it to pick up the pizzas and was told to «hold on». Then he paid and was told «five mins». He waited outside, away from other frustrated customers and went back in after ten. He got the run around and they asked him for his receipt! He came out to the car to get it, went back in and guess what?!! They started to make our «pizzas». So frustrated and hungry with kids at this point! They said they would give us the small one free and they were making them now. It takes ten minutes to make a pizza. 20 mins later he is asking again for the pizzas. Finally after another ten mins they hand him two boxes. He’s smart enough to look inside and it’s bread sticks! Wow!!! They were going to send us home with breadsticks! Then they asked for the receipt again! Need less to say, we had bread sticks for dinner tonight and will never go here again!

Let me explain… We LOVED the pizza and Paul was fabulous! But, the owner was a miserable lady that had no people skills AT ALL. We ran into so many problems with this lady, and I feel bad for her sweet hard working staff. Honestly, we should have just ordered it delivery instead of coming in. Dislike the owner big time!

I cal in for a delivery and they bring me my pizza made incorrectly they forgot a topping, understandable things happen, so I can them back trying to get the right pizza at first they said no problem 5 mins later the manager calls me back saying the owner said they can’t send you a pizza instead he said I can give you 10% of your order back In cash and bring you green onions. So apparently I can’t get what I paid for and have to wait 30 mins to put their mistake own my cold pizza

Seriously how hard is it to take a correct phone number and address down. Placed an order at 5:35pm tonight, stated it would be 45 mins to 60 mins. No pizza came after 1 hour. Called at 6:35 and person on the phone said it was on the way. At 7pm still no pizza so I called and spoke with Manager named Paul. He proceeded to tell me that the person who took my order didn’t take down apartment number and had the wrong phone number so they couldn’t call me. He had my phone number from the caller Id. So pizza went back to restaurant. He said we can have it delivered again. I told him to cancel the order and reimburse me. Last time I place and order here. Next time, have the employee repeat the address and phone number when taking pizza orders over the phone.

Seriously how difficult is it to listen And follow instructions correctly ??? I called in placed an order i get here and the order is wrong I was given two options either take what they made which was wrong or wait not happy!!! I’m waiting for my pizza but this will be the last time I come here!!! I did not appreciate the manager being cocky he made to seem like this was the only place on earth that made pizzas !!

On ½/​16 we ordered a large king Arthur pizza with half easy sauce. Upon receiving and starting to eat the pizza we found that there was little to no sauce on the entire pizza. We called to inform the store of the issue and we’re told that they would deliver another pizza and they apologized for the mistake. They informed us that they had run out of cheese but that they had sent someone to the store to get more and would replace the pizza in less than an hour. An hour and a half later we had not received the pizza. We called the store and we’re told that they had no record of our call and that it would be an additional hour for delivery. They then offered us a refund instead and told us that we would need to call back the next day to have it proccesed when the owner Sue was in. We were in the area so we stopped by the store the next day and we’re told to contact Sue the next day, they also took my contact info for Sue. We spoke with Sue on the 4^th and she refused to refund our money but did say she would give us a replacement pizza if we picked it up. She would not deliver one and refused any sort of refund we had already been offered. it is disappointing that Roundtable pizza has decided to deliver such shockingly poor customer service.

Pizza is great, but the owner lady is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I went for the buffet, I took my 7 year old with me who wasn’t going to eat. As I order just 1 buffet for myself, she keeps insisting that my son is going to eat, pretty much insinuating that I’m trying to cheat her and my son will eat from my plate. What a moron the lady is, so rude. Place is great when she is not around which is usually in the evenings.

So… what kind of pizza place runs out of cheese on a Saturday night??? They waited until 45 minutes after we ordered to tell us that cheese was on its way. If it wasnt kind of funny I’d be SUPER mad but oh well. Great chance I will never come bak. WOW!

This is the worst round table pizza I’ve been to! I walked out of this place two times. One of the times was the last time I went. They don’t serve pizza buffet on the weekends like all of the other ones I’ve been to. I waited and waisted 30 mins of my time just to eat here on my lunch break, and just to find out they don’t serve the buffet daily like most! I will never go back!!!

I live local, so stopped by to grab pizza for the family. Girl at front register (Karen) was really rude after I simply asked her a few questions about my choice’s of pizza. Rest of the employees were polite. But I’ll never go there again. Her attitude was not necessary, shouldn’t be working at register if you’re annoyed when a customer has questions about what he wants to order.

This place is garbage! Very slow service & understaffed! Took about 45 minutes to get a small pizza & had to wait about 20 mins just to order a beer. Don’t waste your hard earned money here where you’ll leave frustrated!

You would think this place is horrible if you looked at the reviews. I’ve been here a handful of times and been satisfied every time! Come with my family we always get a pizza half bbq chicken half pepperoni, 12 wings, and Garlic Twist. Everything is always so delicious! I’ve came on a football Sunday and it was great. (Go Raiders!) Everything always comes out in a timely manner. The bathrooms have always been clean when I’ve used them. I recommend them.

I understand that Sunday night is busy so I ordered as carry-​out. It took them 1 hour to get it ready. birthday party with no dinner… thanks round table… never coming back again…

This is a fantastic place and the employees are great BUT the manager (maybe owner) is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Even after our party purchased large pizzas and drinks, she’s horrible to her patrons. Who does that? No humility. It’s a shame. She’s losing business. We bring large groups to this location but no more. We’ll be returning to the Round Table in corona at main and parkridge. That place is great just an older building but great people.

Called in order was told ½ hr to pick up… Got there and it was 40 minutes i had already waited. …They said cuz it was pan pizza it took longer. .I understand that… So Paul didv everything he could to fix it. .Even gave me extra discount and opened the door… If it wasnt for him I’d not go back… The owner had taken my order… ugh

We go to this location even though there is one closer. The closer location is gross and feels like a swamp inside. This location is always very friendly and the pizza is always great. Called to see what time they close as we were on their way and Paul answered the phone informing us that they close in 25 minutes but they would be happy to have us dine in as they stay later to clean up and do not mind at all. I do remember Paul as very friendly from our previous trips as are other employees at this location as well. We ordered and dined in when I normally wouldn’t eat so close to a restaurants closing time they really made us feel welcome. Will keep going here!

Just ordered delivery… EXPENSIVE!!! .and the garlic bread is disgusting. I won’t be ordering from Round Table again. Price is not worth it.
