I was a customer at this pharmacy for a number of years, and then it changed hands. I was skeptical at first, but just recently, I went through a problem where my doctor did not fill out an authorization on time. I would have totally been without meds and in terrible shape, but the owner, Sam, worked with me so that I could have some medication until the authorization went through. He went above and beyond anything that was to be expected. Not only so, but he is not just pushing pills — he has shown a genuine concern when he felt that a certain medication was perhaps being overutilized by me. It’s kind of nice to think that someone would actually speak up, and that it’s not just about the dollar. Thanks, Sam! And of course to all the rest of the staff

I had problems with CVS in the past and recently switched over all of my prescriptions to these guys and I had no issues. CVS would normally always have me waiting for my prescriptions even when I dropped it off 1 week earlier.
I even switched to a different CVS over on 6th street but I still had issues. This is an efficiently run pharmacy and my experiences have been great overall.

Our family has been going to this pharmacy since the original pharmacist owned it (jim Palmieri). It is now owned by a new pharmacist and is absolutely horrible. Our bad experiences have ranged from then «forgetting» to fill our prescriptions, to miscommunicating with doctors, and worse, not accurately filling our prescriptions and slipping other people’s medication into our order. It’s sad to see a previously fantastic family-​owned business fall this low.
