I have been to this location several times. It said it was supposed to open at 9am and the person working there said they opened at 10 when the sign clearly said 9. Then another time he said he couldn’t process anything because he was waiting on a pick up. Then 2 other times he said they were closed at 4, when the sign and online hours say they close at 430 every day that they are open. Needless to say after 4 or 5 attempts (I lost track) of trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I will never return to it again despite the fact that it is 1 minute from my house

New year «new owner rules» according to the guy working here this new year HIS rule is:
you HAVE to remove all the plastic bottles caps if you want to recycle here, otherwise I will have to do it and that will take too much of my time because I process everything here.
When I was there two different elderly guys were there recycling and same rule applied to them and it was very hard for one of them because he was handicap and the guy «working» there just didnt care.
I used to go once a month and get around $ 18 to $ 20 for my recycling and today I got only $ 15 even with two extra bags (holiday’s celebrations) I stayed today because this is the closest place for me and because I already had all those bottles in my car however I’M NOT COMING BACK. Sad to know this «new owner» doesn’t know recycling main goal is to help/​save our planet AND get some extra money.
«IF» is too much work hire an extra person, part time if you cannot afford a full time employee!
