No joke, this is the only«Chinese food» that tastes like actual Chinese food. Like most Chinese take-outs, this place also has the green marble countertops, but it’s the food that makes them stand out. They have your typical beef and broccoli, general tso’s chicken, and wings and fries. However, their food is different(and better) because they don’t freaking brown sauce everything they see. For example, I love their beef and broccoli — it has just enough sauce for flavor, but not too much that my rice is soaked in it. Also, I’m loving this new menu. Learning Spanish while I order Chinese food? Yes, please! Cailin’s Recommendations — House Mei Fun: $ 6.95(SODELICIOUS — you won’t regret it! Shrimp, pork, chicken, and veggies with angel hair noodles) — Beef & Broccoli: $ 5.75(again, not heavy with the brown sauce which is definitely what you’re looking for) — BBQ Chicken: $ 3 – 8.25 — depends on size(because, duh) — Wonton Egg Drop Soup*: $ 2.30(this is a real thing that they make: wontons in egg drop soup aka the best of both worlds) — Egg Drop Soup: $ 1.60 * I personally prefer the Egg Drop Soup without the wontons, but come on, where else can you at least try that?

I love this place! I can say that this place is clean especially their cooking stations because I always see them cleaning the station after one meal is done. And also the dining area is pretty clean. The foods are okay but then i feel like it’s great since there is nothing cheap around here. And i just love their BBQ chicken!!!

This is a local place I used to frequent till the worst happened, I think they had a temporary cook and well to food went for passable to giving me food poisoning! When I went in two days latter after recuperating to inform them they did nothing and said nothing. Who cares if it tastes good if you can get sick! So sad I used to go there a few times a month for a quick snack.

Upon first glance, this place just looks like your average chinese take out spot. And, I suppose it is. They have the typical menu with all the requisite options: fried rice, general tso’s, lo mein, etc. But people come here for the chicken. And with good reason. It’s finger licking good stuff that you can smell a block away. I live nearby and love the smell of BBQ chicken that wafts up and down Junction Boulevard. I don’t know what they do differently to make their chicken taste so damn good, but it doesn’t really matter. If you find yourself here, do yourself a favor and GETTHECHICKEN.

It’s all about their BBQ chicken. How hard can it be though? its just salt and stuff, right? Part of why it’s so good is how fresh it is. As the day goes by, they get busier and busier, busting out those medio pollos all night long… All night. That feeling of BBQ chicken skin sticking to my lips brings me back. And my fingers, yeahh. Takes more than a shower to get rid of that brown skin goop. I remember this bbq chicken place we brought in when I was a kid. I completely forgot about it until now. It took months to remember Mike’s Firehouse Pizza with their sesame seed crust pizza; this is my new quest. I think it was some Seaford Harbor deli. I swear, my earliest memories are take-out.(It was Seaford Harbor Deli) This isn’t a place I’d go out of my way for, but it’s just fine if you find yourself on Junction Blvd walking impaired. Everybody gets the BBQ chicken. Everybody. When you find yourself here, broken, be happy you’re alive and get a medio pollo.
