Drove up here to look at buying a house. Agents were immediately brushing us off saying they have corporate conference calls on Thursdays? Door states Monday — fri. 730−5pm. I pleaded could I just take a look. We drove and hour plus to see these properties. They said no. We already set the alarms. Then they said. You can look from the outside. But unable to walk around the outside– due to gates locked. What a bunch of rude jerks. They obviously have too much money as they brushed us off as if we couldn’t afford or we weren’t the kind of people they’d want in their neighborhood. Stay away from these jokers

Poor quality and customer service.
I had an ac plumbing leak on June 20 (they couldn’t get the right people in that night to fix the leak, although it’s good that the wrong person who came found the problem, otherwise the contractor for the ac couldn’t find the problem) and have been waiting for Vintage designs to repair/​replace carpet. It’s been more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for them to schedule the repair.
Another water leak after yesterday’s heavy rain. Customer service guy came right away this morning to take a look, but didn’t come back on the agreed upon time to try to finish up (he came too early and said I wasn’t home, and he didn’t try to call me).
I have huge stucco cracks. Paint in master bedroom fading.

All was repaired
