Ketcherside Orthodontics

I had Dr. Ketcherside years ago as a teen in Redlands. I had a very bad case of crooked teeth and my dentist referred me for jaw surgery! My mom decided to try the orthodontist first! I needed extensive work and he was so friendly as was his staff! I only had to have my braces on 2 years and jaw surgery was not needed to correct the underbite! When I lost my retainer he replaced if at no charge! I’m so happy he now has an office in Corona that I can now take my son to!

Great Ortho dentist but he is only at the office 2 days a week in Corona. Tries to cram so many appointments into a day that it’s usually standing room only. If you break a wire on the off days you can drive to Redlands (where he has another part time office) or wait a week. They have 4 or 5 dental chairs in one room and everyone gets herded through like cattle. God help you if you have to change an appointment because it won’t be until 3 or 4 weeks later. We were warned about these issues from another family but the office told us that a change of employee had made things better. Wrong! Do yourself a favor and check out other nicer offices in the area because the extra stress isn’t worth it.

I really like Dr. Ketcherside he does a good job and he’s very friendly just what you want in an orthodontist. I had braces when I was a teenager and then had to get retreated this past year (a retainer issue). The other ladies in the office are also extremely helpful and nice
That being said the ladies in charge of billing leave a lot to be desired. Initially I dealt with Stacy, but she is no longer with the office, she was nice, but did not properly document how I would be billed, which caused problems after she left the office. After treatment I dealt with Becky, who came off as not very friendly (I do not know if that’s just how she is or if she was having a bad day). As soon as I had a contract in place, which took a while, because of insurance, I was charged the remaining balance on the contract that Stacy wrote, which was double the original quote for the treatment I recieved. I called Becky to attempt to resolve the issue and she was very short with me. I understand that there may have been some drama surrounding why exactly Stacy left, but it is not ok to take her inability to do her job correctly out on patients. It’s rude and unprofessional.
So 5 stars for the Dr., 3 stars for his billing staff.

This place is on point! Very educated Dr. K is super friendly and his staff is awesome when scheduling appt. I was referred here by my boyfriend who had his braces for a few years in high school. I being 21 at the time was not happy about getting braces. Dr explained to me I had a pretty simple case of overbite and that I should b fixed up in about 2 years. Surely he did something right because they were off on about 18 months and I have a perfect smile! I got the clear braces. And after I got tray top retainer and permanent bottom. All at a fair price!
Oh and my boyfriend broke his permanent retainer about 3 years after getting it, Julie got him in same day and fixed it within 10 minutes! No charge!
Make this your place for all ortho needs.

Worst Dentist ever. my son had to have his braces put back on. Over charged for my daughters and now wants to charge $ 75 to have bottom retainer removed. I would never recommend. Too many people have had to have braces redone. I am still waiting for the $ 400 they over charged
ware no one in that office has a clue of whats going on.
