Avoid this site. I ordered 3 lbs of alligator ribs and paid $ 40 for overnight shipping for my husbands birthday. It has been 5 days and still no ribs. I have tried to call on numerous occasions and can not get a hold of anybody. There mailbox is always full so I cannot even leave a message. Have to update my review to 3 stars since today they gave me a full refund of my money after reading my review in Unilocal.Still wish the whole experience was better but kudos to them for that.

SCAM! I wish we looked them up on Unilocal before placing our order. As the other reviews mentioned — they were quick to charge our credit card but no order was shipped, no calls answered, no emails responded to. Reporting them to the BBB as well and hope they are shut down soon. We are now going to battle to try and get a refund of our money.

This place only gets one star because you can’t give zero. I agree that this place is a total scam. My husband is still battling with them and has been since January. First we had ordered wild boar for an event we were having, credit card was charged and delivery date confirmed. The boar never arrived, so my husband called and was told that they were out of the boar but we had been«upgraded» to a pig and that it would be delivered in another week. They weren’t even going to call to let us know… just send whatever they felt like sending at their leisure. 1st sign of poor customer service. My husband cancelled that order and has yet to receive the check he’s been promised over and over again. Now when he tries to contact them there is no response. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th signs of HORRIBLE customer service. We have never had to go as far as reporting a business to the BBB before, but this time we did. Absolutely ridiculous business. DONOTORDERFROMHERE.

HUGESCAM — these people are thieves. Waited for three months(ordered in December) and had to call weekly for four weeks about a year long subscription. Finally got a first shipment, they shipped it on a Thursday and it arrived on a Monday. We received a box of raw, rotting meat that had not been cooled/kept frozen during the entire shipment process. There wasn’t evidence of ice bags in the box. There was, however, blood and horrible smelling fluid leaking from the packages since they spent over FOURDAYS en route. These people will not return calls or emails and refused to refund my money when I initially asked for it back before they got around to sending back the first shipment. Don’t waste your time or money. I can’t believe these people are still in business.

Ohh Boy!!! I can tell you that this place is a SCAM! This address is AKA Specialty Fruit Clubs, Exotic Fruit Clubs and probably other names. I ordered some exotic fruits from SFC from their website on 9÷23÷2013 and since then never received my order — or a call or reply back from them. I found out that they have scammed many others. They have several FB accounts and I posted on all of them and filed a complaint with the BBB and Business Consumer Alliance. They were excited to charge my CC right away and ran with my money!
