I had a nightmare of an experience with this company.
Long story short: amongst dishonest practices, being rushed to sign documents, filling in information without my consent, being argued with over the phone and accused of things, being told I had to physically come to their office over an hour and a half away to find the brokers had left, having to get a lawyer involved… this is NOT the realty you want to hire. The office does not know how to use e-​mail (or just chooses not to respond), does not value your business or your time, and is very unprofessional in toto. Even though this business does not care to maintain good will or keep its clients satisfied, I am taking the higher road by not naming names (but if you’re considering this realty, feel free to reach out to me as a reference). The agents that I worked with did not communicate regularly or keep me updated on the status of my sale. I gave them a chance during the active listing period of the summer, but they fell short. I requested a release because of their fraudulent filling out of the term of the contract, as well as their lackluster service, but the brokers and the office REFUSED to release me and instead forced me to continue to work with them. I’d rather not. I prefer working with professionals.
Please, take my story as a warning and stay far away from this realty.

In this case, I decided that this company, specifically one of the owners, Alejandra Fermin and her «right hand man» Elias deserved mention.
As real estate agents go, most are just downright dishonest and would deceive, lie and steal at every opportunity. I’ve been buying properties now for almost 5 years. I purchased two with them so far.
At every juncture, Alejandra was open and honest about everything. As transparent as they come! She even turned down 1 sale in order for me to secure a property as the broker for the seller (illegally) wouldn’t sell it to me if i was using a buyer broker.
Whether you’re buying a home for the first time or the 10^th time, you can rest assured that you won’t go wrong using Alejandra and Elias. Elias is the epitome of a «Gentleman». You never see his tough side as he’s a true professional even when convincing the opposing parties to close a deal for you.
