Dunkin’ Donuts

I went here today for the first time and was not impressed with the service.
Cons:
–I saw a cup fall and the woman behind the counter picked it up and placed it back on the shelf
— Gave me a caramel iced coffee w/​o caramel and the wrong size
— Unpleasant customer service
Pros:
— Close to the train station
— Has the usual assortment of pastries and coffee

Dunkin Donuts is usually my go to place specially when u can’t find anything else I have visited my share of stores all over the place, this location is right by the train station so it’s convenient for me to come in & out quickly.
I am not a coffee drinker so my go to drinks are usually the Iced Tea pretty good & the Strawberry Coolatta also good.
The newest Coolatta flavor Mango /​Passion fruit is not bad can’t go wrong with these & they are cheap just $ 1.99 for a small.
Donuts I love the Strawberry frosted one & regular Glazed simple but good.
I’ve tried that Croissant Donut ahh I don’t see what the big deal is w this thing? It’s alright.
Breakfast sandwiches can’t go wrong with the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant love it never fails it’s delicious no matter what Dunkin I visit this is usually the sandwich I go for.
The Big n Toasted to me was ok nothing special.
Bakery Sandwiches good Chicken Salad sandwich on a croissant & also good is the Ham & Cheese on a roll.
Like a lot of locations this one is small & prices are cheap. this one can get packed quickly service is quick but they probably should get people that speak better english or even Spanish would make things easier am sure specially in this location considering it’s a Spanish neighborhood.

The cashier could barely understand what I was ordering. She tried to pretend to… Which made it really awkward when I realized she didn’t. Probably some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Blech.

3 stars because the people that work there you can barely understand them & why do indians always work at dunkin donuts ?! thats the million dollar question.
