My husband and I came here for the first time today. Dr. Lee was so friendly and personable. It was definitely the most fun I’ve ever had with an eye exam. She addressed all of our concerns. They have a great selection of frames to choose from, we had a hard time deciding. Over all, a great deal to upkeep our eye care and received some free products to help our eyes! I can’t wait for our prescriptions to come in!

Won’t ever go here again. Got glasses and prescription was wrong. Sent glasses back in and waited a month to get them back. Came back and prescription still wrong and blurry view. Also were not adjusted correctly and crooked on my face. Wasted hundreds of dollars here. Look elsewhere.

This is by far the worst place I’ve been to. The service was horrible and the time to get my glasses was over 3 weeks. The dr was very rude, cursed and was very impatient. Now the manager I think was Nancy, was by far to say the least very very rude and unprofessional. I felt like I wasted my time here and could’ve gone anywhere else to find better service. The only person there that was helpful and professional was the Latin lady lupe. If I could leave 0 stars I would cause of how bad the manager and Dr’s attitude and professionalism was. I will never come back here and I hope you don’t waste your time either

Absolutely horrible experience with this optometrist office. Was billed for contact lens fitting fees despite having insurance coverage for it. Found out months later that fraudulent charges were made to the insurance for the same fitting fees I was told were not covered and contacts that were never purchased. Has taken months to resolve the situation between this office and insurance company, meanwhile I have not been able to receive any glasses because my lens benefits were supposedly used up. While the office has recently refunded part of the payment, I have no intention of returning here.

This office does not provide an honest experience. Yes I was refunded for the contacts I paid for and never received yet I was still charged for the contact exam. The first exam I received was the wrong rx and yes questions I asked the doctor were NOT answered even though my questions pertained to dry eye issues which is a symptom Dr. Bell advertises treating. The office manager made excuses to cover up a bad exam and wrong rx. The lies in the manager’s inboxed were disturbing. A patient has every right to leave an honest review. If a doctor cannot do a thorough exam he/​she should not practice. Dr Patel did a great exam with an accurate rx. I will not be back and stand by rating. Best wishes to all.

I’ve worn glasses everyday since the first grade, so I know what I like and that’s quality and service. Since moving to Corona 16 years ago, we’ve never used a local optometrist, opting to return as needed to our guy in Los Alamitos. Then he unfortunately died (RIP Cory Weaver, Sixty Minute Spectacles) leaving us looking for a new optometrist here in town. I took a chance on Circle City primarily based on good Unilocal reviews. All good! I just picked up replacement lenses for my Ray Bans with a moderately complicated prescription. Very satisfied with their service and the lenses. I haven’t had an exam with Dr. Bell yet, but when I’m due, I’ll definately come back.

Excellent Staff, Dr. Gold gave a thorough examination, answered all my questions, There stated time it would take, to get my glasses exceeded my expectations. It also has a local flavor it, being situated on the West side of the historic Grand Ave, as opposed to a giant glass factory.

Dr. Bell and his staff provides the most comprehensive eye analysis. They explain thoroughly and then prescribe the right glasses and eye care. If you haven’t visited lately go in and ask about there eye glass specials.
They never suggest costly eye glasses if not needed. In fact, I am still wearing the same prescription for the last 20 years and my eyes sight is improving.

I truly feel that Dr Bell is the best eye doctor in our community. I have gone through 3 other local optometrists and wasn’t as impressed with the results, since they couldn’t adjust my glasses to the perfection that Dr Bell did. Thanks to this optometrist I can now see like a hawk! Reading no longer makes my eyes tired and I feel more confident driving at night as the glare doesn’t bother me as much. The eye exam was very detailed, the staff was very helpful, and getting my glasses was quick, so overall the get an A grade from me. Hope this doctor continues his 40+ years journey in his optometry business. I don’t think there are many optometrists with this amount of experience. I’ll for sure bring my husband and my kids to this place!

Dr. Bell is very professional and really takes his time doing his exams. He checks and double checks and makes me feel like I am a patient and not just a number to get in and out. His newly renovated office, new equipment and confirmation emails and appointment reminder emails are proof that he has invested money into his practice, it’s growth and care for his patients. My whole family has been coming here for many years, and I am truly impressed with his upgraded practice and his professionalism of his staff.

Been using Dr. Bell for over thirty years. I drive a half hour through miserable traffic because he is the only optometrist who can prescribe glasses that work for my high index prescription with a bad astigmatism. His staff is great at advising me about what frames will look good on me and fit my face. Everyone I have referred to him over the years is equally satisfied.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bell’s office for many years for my glasses and contacts. Dr. Bell is always very nice and he always explains my results to me after every exam. The first year I went to Dr. Bell I thought that he was rude but it turns out that that is just the way that he is he’s not unpersonable but he’s not a super excitable person at least to his patients. He’s just pretty professional and gets the job done. I always get my glasses very quick and I always get trial contacts to order contacts to tide me over until my box comes in. The office staff is always very friendly and they send email reminders as well as do phone calls and schedule follow-​up appointments. I will continue to go to Dr. Bell as I have nothing bad to say about him.
