Chronic Tacos

Best nachos bar in the area for sure. Always fresh ingredients, even 1 hour before closing and the place is dead. Always great service and if you say «extra» they do it. Thank you!

For sure the best Mexican food in corona everything in here is good open late and beer always good there

Had the small burrito. Great. It’s a «build your own» in the since that touch pick your own meat and filling.
I don’t care for the bar atmosphere but I do enjoy sitting outside.

Very rude, not friendly at all. Walked in to place an order to go, with no other customers around-​it took forever for someone to acknowledge me. I will not go back here ever’x

Never have I been in a place as rude as this one. My girlfriend and I where there getting a quick bite. She was excited to take me seeing as how I have never been. At first was impressed with the looks of the place as well as the food looked delicious and it was. I would not mind eating at chronic tacos again. Just this one in particular put a bad taste in my mouth. The bartender ignored us multiple times. When it came to the bill we got charged for our drink which was fine but they failed to include the food on the bill. Being the honest marine corps veteran that I am wanted to make sure my tab was paid. So we wait. Finally after being ignored by another person behind the bar to pay the tab I had to personally find the server so I can get this paid. I asked for a to go box for my leftovers and had to once again go and get it myself. Not only was there no service provided by anyone there. The attitude was anything but welcoming. We saw multiple people who where probably regulars seeing as how they gave them all attention right away and knew them when they walked in. I will not be visiting this place again I can guarantee you that. I had went in with intentions of trying something new that has interested me. just to met with disappointment from the staff on the floor. I was there at around 2:30pm on Saturday. And it was not busy in there and I still could not get any service. So I do not see what the hiccup was. I have worked fast food and restaurants for many years to know what good customer service is supposed to look like. It is not what I received today.

Worst place in corona. Awful service. Terrible owner. Treat customers like shit and they discriminate. They also treat workers like shit. That is the workers that are nice.

The people work too damn slow. Let’s get a move on serving the large group of customers. Maybe raising the minimum wage was not a good idea. As these workers clearly do not deserve the raise.

Always very satisfied with their fish tacos. I have never tried any other item. This is my go to place when I am in a fish taco kick.

The guy taking orders was totally rude, If it were left up to me I would have left! I was picking up food for a friend I’ve never been to this place. Walked in stood in front of the register he looked at me and ignored me I’m like ok I said excuse me where do you order? He said «look up and read, it says where to order» I said wow how rude. I saw a bowl that he was making and asked was it a bowl he sarcastically says yea it’s a bowl. I wanted to leave but my friend didn’t answer the phone for me to say try Wing Stop next door dude lol. It smells bad in here like they used a dirty mop, I will pass. It smells really bad yuk!!!

I’ve had good food here many times. It seems that recently the service has been going down the tubes. My husband stopped after work for carnitas tacos. He bought three and all were hard, old meat. Why would anyone purposely sell bad, old meat. It was obviously old. Shameful. My husband called and was told that they were making fresh meat. What the heck! Why are you selling old one?

I love this place for the quality of the food. I always get a Chicken Burrito with Spanish rice and refried beans, cabbage, a touch of Pico de Gallo and Guacamole. The ingredients are always fresh, the people are really nice, and price is unbeatable when you consider the freshness of the ingrediants.

Believe it or not, I come to Chronic Tacos because of the bar scene. The bartenders are attentive and cool. Their IPA (on tap) selection is on point and the tacos aren’t so bad either. On Friday and Saturday evenings the bar stools fill up fast so get there early, especially if they are showing a UFC PPV for FREEEEEE!

Very fun bartenders … Food is great. Always have the right games or events on one of their many tv’s.

Came here with my bf and 8 month old son… it was very loud. If you have young ones I recommend you not to bring them. Luis the cashier was nice he was the only employee that helped us.
The food was not so good my sister cooks better then this place. That means its not good lol. I had a grilled fish taco and some chronic chicken fries with all toppings. The chicken was salty. Guacamole there no taste to it. My bf had the pastor burrito and side of mexican rice. … he says we won’t come back and I agree. Very disappointed.

Spanish Rice… tasted like Uncle Ben rice with artificial orange color. Chronic Fries with Nacho Cheese… tasted so bad. Burrito was just ok. Grilled Fish Taco… for almost $ 3…wow. Atmosphere was super loud.
There is a First and Last experience for everything.

A fun, laid back place, and great food too!!! And of course Big A** Cold Beer!!!

I come here frequently. The variety of options (rice, beans, meats, extra ingredients) is great! The flavor of the food is really good! The Baja sauce is the icing on the cake.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. The service is great most of the time! I have had less than great service on occasion (slow, not super friendly, etc.) but it’s never been bad enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth.
I am a fan of this place and will continue to come here

Updating my review as of my most recent visit. I was invited back as a guest by one of the managers, Audra D. I greatly appreciate the invitation to give their food another try. It is apparent that satisfying customers is important to the managers, and that is nice to know that they care so much about the quality of their food and service.
I arrived at Chronic Tacos around 11am, there was no line, and I was greeted by Miguel. Miguel was very friendly and he is also the one that prepared my food. I liked the fact that there were 3 different options for beans; refried, pinto, or black. And something else I liked was the option to have pico de gallo or plain tomatoes added in your burrito. That was a nice surprise, as many Mexican food places don’t give you an option and only have pico de gallo. I love tomatoes but dislike onions, so being able to just add tomatoes to my burrito was awesome. I ordered the veggie burrito; refried beans, Spanish rice, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole. It was sooooooo good! I scarfed down the whole burrito (without even breathing in between bites lol) One of the best veggie burritos I have ever had. My burrito came with chips and a drink. I am very satisfied with my food, and service. So glad and thankful to have had the opportunity to give Chronic Tacos another try. Thank you so much Audra D! I have a feeling that this will be a new frequent stop for me when I get a craving for Mexican food.

Close to a 5 star favorite, as a matter of fact I think this is one of the few places my husband would actually rate as 5 stars and seeing him so happy here makes me happy.
We have enjoyed their food at several locations are were psyched to find out we have one right up the street from our new home.
Service is great, we came for lunch, everything was piping hot, super fresh and very tasty!
We both LOVE the Al Pastor and get that most of the time, though I also enjoy their fish (both grilled and fried) and my husband the steak.
Love their burritos, sauces, toppings, all is good here.
Nice seating both inside and out, very clean.
They send out coupons and you can sign up for their rewards card as well as offering daily specials.
