I give it 0 stars if I could !! I came in for a simple haircut getting long layers, showed the stylist a picture, she didn’t speak English and another worker translated. She washed my hair and put me in her chair and before she cut I showed her how I wanted my hair styled and she nodded her head and right before she cut she asked me if how much she was cutting was ok and I told her less then half an inch, she wouldn’t let me face the mirror the entire time until she was finished. To my horror when I finally saw my hair she cut about 5 inches !!! I was shocked it took everything for me not to cry! I have been growing my hair for more then a year (my hair doesn’t grow fast) it use to reach an inch before my butt and now it hardly reaches my bra strap !! I don’t understand how this could’ve happened and on top of that she didn’t even style my hair all she did was blow dry it straight and I wanted the part in the side and she parted it down the middle! Don’t bother coming to this salon it was no wonder it was empty ! Now I know why! I will never return back here! I still tipped and paid for it, because I felt bad for the girl she knew she messed up but we all make mistakes just like I made the mistake of going there and now I know not to!
