Affordable Auto Care

I am a single woman and have always felt intimidated when taking my cars to mechanics. I took my Chrysler 300 to Carlos after getting two other estimates for an intake manifold. One was for $ 2,400 (dealer) & the other was $ 980 (my dad’s mechanic). I decided to take it to Affordable Auto Care and was given a quote of $ 350. Needless to say, I had them repair it. Everything was done correctly and very fast. I have been taking my car there ever since for any routine maintenance & problems. I also recently acquired a vehicle for my teenager that needed a lot of attention. Carlos gave me very reasonable prices on all the work needed and kept me informed every day it was in the shop. His crew is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Oh, & my dad goes here now too!

Took my car in there because it died in the middle of the freeway. After a few days I got a call back from a guy who I believe is the owner. He claimed he ran diagnostics and tested my fuel lines, pump, module, etc. He said I needed a new fuel module and my fuel pump was bad. They also claimed he had to drop my gas tank to access and test everything. Had to pay him for diagnostics, Quoted me a additional $ 700-​$ 800 to get my vehicle running again.
Although he seemed semi-​professional, I simply didn’t trust him so I ended up towing my car home. I ended up fixing the car myself in about 30 Minutes. It was simply a hose that came loose.
They downright lied to me! You DON’T have to drop the gas tank to access anything AND the fuel pump & the module were fine,
If they tried to rip me off I guarantee they are doing it to other people. I would stay clear if I were you. This is more than just bad service, this is thievery.

Being a Woman is hard when it comes to finding a good mechanic. After years of trying out different auto shops, I came across Affordable Auto Care 2 years ago.
Carlos is Honest, Does excellent work and it really is affordable! He doesn’t play games or tell you that you need work done that you really don’t. Every time I bring my car to him, I’m 100% satisfied and I trust his work. I never feel ripped off.
I will continue to bring my Toyota Solara V6 here. My V6 has a supercharger and Carlos has always taken great care of my car. He is very knowledgeable with my type of engine. Carlos/​affordable auto care has my business. I will never take my car any where else.
