Do not go here! You will get ripped off and it’s way over priced. Let me begin, they will only give you back like 60% of your refund wondering who kept the rest! On top of charging 70 $ for a short from, they also charge you an extra 120 $ just to have your refund direct deposited to your account and they say it takes like 21 days! After finding an honest tax preparer, it turns out A C taxes wanted to pocket like 3,000 $ of my refund and they laughed when I told them about the direct deposit fee! Stay away from this place and do some scouting around.

I have been a customer here for years, but the way Cecilia treated me was despicable. I will no longer come here again. So here is the story, after doing my taxes I paid the service fee of 180 dollars for my refund check to be deposited directly into my bank but instead it arrived by mail. If I wanted that mail service I would have paid the 70 dollars fee and not $ 180. So I called Cecilia and she was not cooperative to give me at least $ 100 of my difference, she said was I was the one taking advantage of their services when she was the one that ripped me off. To make things worst, she even hung up on me! Don’t come here!
