Sailing on small boats in a lake is a great place to learn. TASCA is run by volunteers who all love to sail. They are kind and knowledgeable and it’s a great community to be a part of.

I had started their accelerated course last summer, 2013, then I had a medical issue. I know their policy is no refunds but I asked if I could finish my lessons this summer. At first I was told maybe and to send an email again closer to spring. I did twice and I was ignored. I felt they could have at least given me an answer. So for this reason, lack of customer service, they get 2 stars.
I thought most of the instructors were very nice and knowledgable and was looking forward to continuing. The price and the location were great for me but in the future I will take lessons on Long Island.
