Ocean Atlantic Rentals

We arrived at our rental house and found rental beds from this company outside the home. It took 2 calls to the company to get the beds removed from the carport. I tried explaining to the company over the phone that during the time that they waited to pick up the beds that the mattresses were soaked from rain and that our beach house had a flood (5″ rain in 2 hours meant we had 8−10″ rain outside and 4−6″ water inside the house). They completely brushed it off. One of the two employees that were here earlier today picking up the beds actually rolled his eyes when I again tried to explain «hey your beds were soaked, you might want to check into that». Dude. Not our rental, not our beds, I was trying to be nice to let your company know about these and what happened. Given the complete lack of caring from your company about your products I will be absolutely sure to NEVER rent from you during our annual beach week in Corolla. Who wants to sleep on a bed that was left outside in the elements for at least 1 week, including a day where the mattress and frame was in brackish floodwater? Not me or my family.

Worst… bikes…ever. OAR, if you are reading this — give those hoop-​dees some maintenance. And a hand brake. I only gave the second star for availability, the quality is not there and I would hope your other gear is not as shabby.
