NYS Foam and Energy did an incredible job of making my home more efficient, but as importantantly, more comfortable. For 11 years my family dreaded Winter as our house was like the frozen tundra with cold air dropping in from the attic and seeping in from an un-​insulated garage.
After a a blower door test and really listening to our concerns, NYS Foam proposed smart solutions to our heating and cooling problems. They did the work with precision and after they left it was hard to tell they were even here.
With an early start to Winter we got to feel the immediate effect of the work done on our house. Overall the house just felt tighter and warmer than it ever would have when the outdoor temp was 25 degrees. We also noticed how quickly the house heated up and how long it stayed warm.
It won’t break my heart to see an oil bill that is significantly smaller than the previous 11 years I can assure you of that. It’s also nice not to hear «dad I’m freezing» any longer.
