Management is great — takes care of issues right away, usually. Only problem — the buildings are old, thin walls, and one of the noisiest places I’ve ever lived. The buildings I rented in Los Angeles were quieter. Maybe just my luck — but the tiny girl living upstairs sounded like an elephant. You can hear everything the neighbors do and say here — and it just wears on your patience after a while. Also, there’s ALWAYS something wrong with the place. Even though maintenance is quick to address issues, the second they finish one job, another pops up. So it’s sort of like a constant cycle of one thing or another being worked on — which is a nightmare for someone like me who works from home.
