Great coffee and service? JC is a very good batista. Been there twice now and diggin the pumpkin spice latte. Hope it’s not seasonal like the other corporate coffee in town. Keep the great coffee brewing and the cool tunes flowing. Support local business all you Cornholios!

I have lived in Corning for 8 months and just visited House of Brews for the first time today. I had no idea what I was missing out on! The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and is obviously very passionate about coffee. They really care about the quality of their product here.
I ordered a decaf mocha, and the beverage I received was delicious! They use a good quality espresso for their drinks. Not only that but the lemon muffin I ordered was one of the best I have ever had.
I think I will be coming here everyday from now on! :)

Best place around for coffee drinks. Taste is SO much better than the other place! Great to meet with a friend and just hang out. I often have called in my order on busy mornings so I could get it to go also. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and really stands behind his business. He tells me everytime that he can adjust the flavor of my latte if I would like it sweeter or whatever, but it is always perfect. I never hesitate to suggest it whole heartedly to anyone. Accepts credit and debit cards. Free WiFi.

This is the BEST place in Corning for coffee hands down. Skip Starbucks and support a local merchant, owner operator is JC. He is super friendly and he is active in helping support and donate to the local community. Coffee and speciality drinks made to order. Free, yes free concepts most Friday nights.

During our road trip to Oregon took us to «House of Brews» in Corning, CA. This place is amazing and James, the owner, is exceptional. His knowledge and passion for all things coffee and tea is seen in his final products. Just talk to James and he’ll find the perfect drink for you. It’s a must visit if you’re in that area.

This place is truly a hidden gem. I have played music here on several occasions and have always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism.
The coffee tastes great, the owner is extremely kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is cozy and fun! This is the place to go in Corning. The people that rated 1 star are retarded at best =)

We drove out of our way to go here after a camping trip based on all the great reviews. It turned out to be closed on Sundays even though this wasn’t listed on Unilocal.Thanks for wasting on our time before a long drive home. (I respect being closed on Sundays — just please list your hours on Unilocal!)

Best coffee shop in town :) They offer common options and specialities on the menu. JC is a phenomenal worker with great customer service. The price is better than the competitor & the quality is better.
My suggestion would be to try the Naked Mocha– amazing!
