There are a few great ice cream places in the Corning area, but this one is my favorite! The owners are always there serving the ice cream. They are both very friendly and helpful. There is a really great selection of both hard serve, soft serve, Italian ice, and other treats. They even make their own lemonade. The soft serve is very smooth and creamy. My favorites are the okey-​dokie and the frothy. Both are specialties you can only get at Hokey Pokey. They also make their own homemade whipped cream, which is delicious. They are pet friendly and even have a water bowl out for pets on the hot days. Prices are very reasonable.

Family owned and operated. Randy and Lorraine put their heart and soul into this business located at the corner of W. William and Wallace Streets on Corning’s Northside. Staff is hand picked from families, friends and recommendations of current or previous employees. Randy makes the ice cream. Lorraine makes the gelato. Get a cone of hard or soft ice cream – I’ve had both and love them dipped or not in sprinkles of all sorts. Banana splits, root beer floats, Italian ice. All kinds of cold stuff to warm your heart in the summertime. Bonus– 3-​bay car wash attached to the rear. Clean your car, truck or boat while you enjoy a cold treat.
They also have an ice cream truck that they take to schools at the request of teachers (sometimes the teachers bring the classes to Hokey Pokey) and to private and corporate parties.
Outdoor seating is available.
