If I could give them a zero I would! I would not bring your family here! The staff are unprofessional, and the staff needs a training class on customer service!!! They rude, don’t smile and say how can u help u! Learn some manners! Pharmacy is the same, need customer service skills!!! To bad cause Dr. Wright is a good doctor, but the staff are very unprofessional!

I’ve been trying to get an appt here for a few weeks. First few times calling the phone rang over 20 times no answer no recording. Finally the next day somebody picks up, yeah. Only to find out she has to verify my health coverage. Ok fine, she calls me back. Verified. Here’s the good part somebody else has to call me back to make an appointment because I’m a new patient! What, I’m already on the phone. It’s been 3 days now no call, and yes I’ve called back. Ended up going to forest grove. I will go anywhere but here, which is sad because its right by my house. Just another obvious sign of our broken healthcare system.

Can you say UPGRADE?! Virginia Garcia had a big makeover within the last year and unveiled the new facility — so modern and breathtaking. It’s a good upgrade for the community! It totally is 100x better than the bungalow it used to be. I participated in their fundraiser«Walk for Wellness» campaign and raised moolah($) to help support their new renovation. After the walk concluded, there was a guided tour(or self-guided if you wish) of the new facility. What’s awesome? –When it rains, the water that is collected goes back to the property and so nothing goes down the sewer. They have this awesome structure in the corner which helps collect the water(which can also serve as a waterfall when it pours) –Kitchen area to teach patients how to cook healthy –Eye clinics –Pharmacy(with private consultation rooms) –Exercise rooms –Patient education and conference rooms –Exam rooms + team areas –Lab building –New garden *most importantly* –Painted portrait of Virginia Garcia: the reason why this outpatient clinic exists in the suburbs(see story on website: ) There is a designated parking lot, but you can easily find parking on the street or nearby neighborhood. Nonetheless, I know the city of Cornelius and neighborhood would be fascinated and appreciate the upgrade that Virginia Garcia has gone through!
