Granted, I went to the wrong Location. But I showed up 10 minutes early. Rather than talking to me, or acknowledging when I tried to check in, the woman at the desk was deeply engaged in conversation about her diet with her friend. I stood there, attempting to make eye contact, trying to intercede by laughing about carbs, but she actively avoided interacting with me. By the time I interrupted to let her know I was there(at the exact time) for an appt, and we figured out I was at the wrong location, it was too Late for me to get 15 minutes down the road to the actual appt. Awesome. So this review isn’t for the actual business, but it’s enough that I’m tempted to give away the prepaid 90 minute massage I purchased… Because I don’t want to patronize them now anyhow. Or at least never will that location.

What a scam… would not even give it one star if I could. I needed to get a base tan for a vacation and only wanted to tan for a month. Ultimate is right by my house and I found a coupon online for $ 19.95 for one month unlimited so I thought to myself«this is perfect»…yeah…what do they say about«if it looks too good to be true…» Not that it is printed on the coupon or even remotely implied ANYWHERE on the website, but the coupon only applied if I were to buy a year’s worth of tans. Ticked, but willing to compromise for convenience, I asked what their monthly unlimited tanning costs… get this… over $ 100!!! For a month… come on. I can drive a bit farther and go to their competitor and get an entire year of tanning for $ 99. When I told the gal no thanks because the prices were not competitive, she looked at me(dressed for the office) like I was a low life. This place is always dead… now I know why.
