I live in Atlanta so I dropped off our refurbished Taleo/Saeco early Tuesday am, conducted some business in the area, and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. We originally bought the machine refurbished and The Coffee Boss made it work better than when we originally bought it. They even put the machine in the car for me! I brought my 8 year old Saeco superautomatic in for repair(water from the reservoir was leaking) and I was strongly considering buying a new superautomatic. After Heinz quickly identified the problem, repaired my machine and made a few adjustments to fine tune its settings, he informed me that my Saeco was in great shape and that its grinder was of a better quality than many of the ceramic grinders being used in superautomatic machines today. After listening to Heinz’s expert advice, I decided to keep my Saeco — and six months later it continues to run better than ever. Heinz and his wife were great. I really appreciate his honest approach to providing his customers with expert service, fast turnaround and helpful suggestions — not to mention his very reasonable repair charge. I have already recommended Heinz to several of my friends and colleagues. Very grateful to have such a knowledgeable, expert resource.

I’m a self-proclaimed DIY’er but after much Internet research I decided I wasn’t going to take a chance and break something else trying to fix my issue. I couldn’t find any videos or documentation on how to disassemble the Magnifica. I came across The Coffee Boss and called him about my Delonghi Magnifica with a leaking steam valve. I explained the issue told him I had the replacement part and he walked me through the repair over the phone! I was very impressed and very grateful for his time and patience. I highly recommend Heinz for his expertise and customer service.

I dropped my delonghe magnifica off with the coffee boss and picked it up a few days later. It might be my imagination but it seems to be better than it was new. They are a really nice couple. Heinz insisted on carrying the machine out to the car for me.

Wonderful customer service! After running dignostics over the phone with Delonghi with no resolution, they gave me the contact info for the Coffee Boss. I’m off-warranty for my Delonghi Magnifica and Heinz walked me through the innards of my complicated machine to test a few things. It started working again! I know where I will be shipping my machine if it ever needs service — straight to Heinz!
