Be warned: the sign on top says Sprinkles, but this is not Sprinkles! This bagel shop is gross. I found a bug by the coffee station, and the bagels made my boyfriend and I sick. Avoid!

Bacon egg and cheese was fantastic on an everything bagel. Just like I used to have in NYC! Staff was nice.

I walked in and one male employee was chatting up a female customer. He did not do as much as nod at me or acknowledge my presence in any way. Another male employee brushed past me on his way to the kitchen and still nothing from him. I expect at least a «Hi!» I will be right with you or «Welcome.» I stood there for about a minute and turned and walked out. Food may be good but I will never find out as the MOST important thing for me is being genuinely appreciated as a customer.

Don’t waste your time. Very slow service, out of most bagels on the weekend. It’s a shame — the location is good and there seems to be demand, but this place is not competently run.
