Dr. Skotzko is a great Dentist… he made me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful. I will always go to Dr. Skotzko as long as I live in Lake Norman,
However… the best part about his office is the front office. Miss Paula is AMAZING. She reminds me of my mother… just a wonderful, down to earth, sweet and friendly person. She is also quite hilarious too! Miss Paula is one of the main reasons I go to Dr. Skotzko’s offive… seeing her always puts me in such a good mood! I recommend Dr. Skotzko and his awesome front office staff to everyone in Lake Norman.

Dr. Dan performed his job well but his front of office staff repeatedly treated me and my family poorly, and in an unprofessional manner. My family and I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable to go to a dentist. I hope they are able to turn things around.
I would give Dr. Dan a 4 or 5 for his ability but our overall experience was at most a 1. We have now stopped going to Dr. Dan.

Dr. Dan is amazing! If you are looking for a Dentist near the Lake Norman area then look no more. He is very good at what he does and does NOT try to talk you into procedures you do not need.
Dr. Dan is great with kids! Patient, kind & not pushy. My son was very scared the first time he went to the dentist but after 5 minutes of being around Dr. Dan his fears vanished and actually looked forward to going back in 6 months.
Their office staff is so friendly. Always polite and willing to answer any questions when you call.
A huge plus is their office is located right across the street from Carolina Cone ;) We would always stop and get ice cream on our way home… yes we brushed our teeth after! They actually give you a coupon if your appointment is in the Spring/​Summer time for a FREE CONE!
