I went to see this dentist after hearing positive reviews. I had not been to the dentist in several years and I knew that I had some issues(my fault, I know). The dentist was nice and his staff were courteous — no complaints there The ONLY problem I had is that I was not informed until AFTER my exam, bite wings, panoramic x-ray were all done that they could not get me back in for my cleaning for another SEVEN months. SEVENMONTHS!!! I went in because I was having problems with my teeth, in particular a loose tooth. I think that it is unethical to consumer a patient’s insurance benefits and then tell them that they can’t come back for another 7 months. Patients should be told this upfront so that they have the opportunity to go elsewhere if this is unacceptable. Had I known that upfront I would have gone elsewhere.
