I was late for my appointment because I got the google directions wrong (when does google give you the right place? never.) So i called to say I was going to be late and if I needed to reschedule. She said it was fine and to get there as fast as I could. When I got there she seemed in a rush which kind of freaked me out, I was originally going to get a full set of tips and gel. She was clipping my cuticles and made ⁸⁄₁₀ fingers bleed. We spent half an hour trying to get them to stop bleeding and then she put on a skin bandage that she said she had used on other people there. That is NOT sanitary! you should never use the same brush on different peoples cuts! I was really disgusted and worried I actually ended up going in for a blood test just in case, I am always hearing those horror stories. So my fingers did not stop bleeding she kept having me wash my hands. I dont understand why she was in such a rush clipping instead of just rescheduling me which i said i would have been fine with it was my fault for being late. She said she wouldnt be able to give me a full set since i wasnt going to stop bleeding. she offered to do gel color instead so i said thatd be fine atleast i could walk out with something. It wasnt applied correctly though because she couldnt get the color close to my cuticles so it looked really sloppy. They came off a few days later. She said she wouldnt charge me but i gave her $ 10 anyways… because it was really awkward and embarassing I didnt know what to do. She said I could come back in for a full set next week or whenever my fingers healed. So i took her business card. Trust me though I will never be coming back it was awful my fingers bled all day.

I also think that the overall Staff is very friendly.

I’ve been going to see Lori Fuller for my nails within the last year or so and I can’t tell you enough how much I love seeing her! I drive all the way from Portland and it’s definitely worth the trip. I love crazy nail art with my acrylics, I’m always looking for different styles or abstract art designs that really catch my eye. I’ll usually take a picture and show it to her and then just let her do her thing. The salon, Klassy Kuts is pretty chill in there, so I feel totally comfortable hanging out. And Lori is extremely experienced and you can tell she takes her career seriously. I’ll usually go every three weeks, and because I’ve been getting so many compliments, my coworker is starting to see her as well. I love having my nails done by Lori, because she also takes the time to listen too. So if you are looking for an absolute artist, Lori Fuller is your girl!

Came in last week for a cut and color. Very nice, clean, professional shop. The lady who did my hair was super friendly and really listened to what I said I wanted and gave me exactly that! Great cut, super color! I really like the extensive products for sake, too. Great selection! I don’t live in the area, but if I did, this would certainly be my regular salon. Great experience! I have been a customer of Klassy Cuts for around four years. I have always had a positive experience, even when the place is super busy. I truly think the upgrades to the salon has made all the difference in the atmosphere, and the new staff are very friendly. I have recommended this place to many friends and will continue to do so! Tried this place during my search for a new salon and was not impressed. I got my hair colored and I can’t say that there was much of a noticeable difference because the stylist didn’t want to do anything too drastic. I also got a cut, more like a conservative trim though as I would say an inch or less actually got cut off. The stylist was nice, but not very friendly. There were a lot of long awkward periods of silence.
