I just had the worst experience ever. I have been bringing all my cars here including my kid’s cars. I got use to the continuous up sale on «recommended». services. Twice I was told that my battery needed to be replace only to have my mechanic state it was fine, Jiffy Lube just does not take the time to read the voltage they are testing, they go by what they are«told» is standard for that car. But this last visit took the cake. Brought my 22 year old Jeep Wrangler for a safety inspection. Told I would be out in 30 minutes. But they did not pull my jeep in for 1 hour! Then they told me my jeep failed due to window tint.(It seems all the other times they passed it I either had the soft doors on or no doors on it at all!). Seriously??? All I had to do was take the doors off! I told them that and they just offered to remove the tint for a fee. I told them forget it, I was leaving and removing the doors myself. However they stuck me with the the safety inspection fee($ 13 and I was ok with that) and the UPCHARGE window tint inspection($ 10 and I was not happy with that!) On my return visit that same day, they further lacked in customer service by having my husband wait 90 minutes for the reinspection that they could have completed in the parking lot. And after an $.85 cent reinspection fee they sent us on our way. If you still feel this is the location for you, please come with plenty of time and money.
