CococoHome made a fantastic couch but the delivery service they used was terrible. They destroyed several walls during the delivery process and they damaged the couch. Cococo didn’t seem to care which was really disappointing. My wife and I really want to support the North Carolina economy but we’re going to order from Restoration Hardware next time. Go elsewhere if you want high quality service …

I wish I was able to give this company more stars but, unfortunately, my experience with them has been a nightmare. Spent 6k on a sofa and ottoman. Upon receiving it, the entire sofa was DESTROYED(2 foot gash on one side and tears, scuffs, and scrapes on every part of it) and also 3k worth of damages done to my apartment due to the horrible shipping/delivery company that they used. I reached out to them immediately when this happened and I have received nothing but the run around from all of the parties that are involved. The company says that they are sending me a replacement sofa. However, it has been 2.5 months now since the incident occurred and I still have a destroyed sofa and apartment and no one in the company seems to care. I have been BEYOND patient with them in trying to resolve this but it is going no where and I now have to resort to using an attorney and will most likely need to settle this in court. DONOT use this company. If you are going to spend a good amount on a piece of furniture, go somewhere with a good reputation that you know will do the right thing if something like this should happen. This company just takes your money, sends out your furniture with their choice of shipping company, and whatever happens from there, they refuse to take responsibility for it. HORRIBLE customer service. Will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General.

I purchased a sofa from the Comfortable Couch Company. It was an expensive product that I had to wait quite a while for. When it arrived, it was as attractive as I’d hoped, but not as comfortable. And the leather is not at all durable. The back of my fingernail or the corner of a paperback book is hard enough to leave a permanent scratch.(And I’d paid for one of the«premium» leather options.) As other reviewers mention, customer service after they take your order is non-existant.

I love this company, The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. I have ordered four separate pieces over the last two years and couldn’t be happier. If you really want something customized to your liking then this is the company. Have a little patience. this company gets busy but it’s well worth the while. Oh and the best part it is made in the USA.

I bought a couch from them 3 years ago before they even became popular thanks to Houzz and some reality Furniture TV show. It was the same story then and probably is now. Needless to say, I will never buy from them again. They tout that it is Made in America and copy the RH design. It’s great if you are sure its better quality and end up saving yourself a buck but just compare the same couch at RH and you’ll know it isn’t the same. I am quite sure that even though Made in China frequently gets a bad rep, this Made in America couch was not«more comfortable» than the original RH couch as they claimed. Long story short. I ordered a couch and was over-promised on the delivery date. It arrived 5 months after the promised date. The owner promised all sorts of leather cleaners and claimed he shipped them out to me but some how it vaporized into thin air; never got to me. Needless to say, when I called to determine whether it shipped I received a rude response. The first excuse was that he personally placed the cleaner with the couch and it must have never made it on to the delivery truck. The final excuse was — that they don’t use that particular brand of cleaner anymore and he’d send the new one out ASAP. Never received it and I stopped calling. Once you pay, you are at their mercy and the worse part is you almost feel you have to be nice to this douche. They screw-up but get mad at you for bringing it to their attention. Nevertheless, I sold the couch on Craigslist.

Called these guys up. Interested in the Mondo Couch… they have many options, the other guys do not as far as material. They sent me an email with photos of what I was looking at, as well as leather samples. Will be ordering from them soon, if their product is as good as their service once i receive my sofa set, I will update

Ordered 5 pieces. Was a bit nervous because I couldn’t try them on and going out on a limb ordering such substantial pieces online! 2 Chesterfield couches with nail head trim, 2 English Arm Chairs and an ottoman. They were very helpful in supporting me through my selection process and addressing my comfort concerns. I have to say these are the most comfortable couches ever! Pricewise, these people are very fair! Do some price comparison and see of yourself. The English Arm chairs DO need a lumbar support pillow however. The seats are long which is really nice to put your feet up in, but to sit up you might need the lumbar support. I told them about my concern and they promptly made me 2 lumbar support pillows(complementary!) and shipped them out to me right away. The ottoman was unfortunately packed by someone at the company that should not have had access to «packing». Only reason Im giving 4 stars is: They put a BOX right on top/middle of the ottoman and it was wrapped and stacked with other items. It traveled all the way from NC to Oregon so you can guess what it looked like when it was opened… Almost a year later I can still see the shadow of that box embossed on that spot. Overall, if/when I need more couches I will only order from these people. Their work is so wonderful and I love knowing I am supporting our own economy!

I love my new brompton leather sectional! It looks like restoration hardware at half the price. It’s extremely comfortable, and could easily seat five people. It did take 3 – 4 weeks for delivery, and mine was a floor model already made. However, they work with a third party shipping company and it was coming to Boston from NC so I understand the long wait period. I’m impressed with the couch!!!

Writing this review laying on my newly purchased Arden couch. My experience with these guys was great. Delivery did take about three weeks, but was coming from NC to Chicago. Excellent craftsmanship and extremely comfortable. Easily napable! Notice the negative reviews relate to delivery time, not the quality of their product. It’s custom made, not Ikea!

Upon seeing the most fabulous pics of furniture on Etsy, I ordered a piano stool, coffee table-ottoman and a blue velvet sofa and chair. Like one of the other reviewers below, I found the owner Steve to be most responsive and helpful when it came to assisting me with placing my custom order. However, the follow up service from Steve after that was extremely disappointing. The only reason I am willing to give them 2 stars is due to the trouble that Kathy from their support team exerted especially when the delivery dates went awry. Steve only got involved when the issue was escalated When the furniture was finally delivered, the sofa had a small tear in the back — have sent a pic to Steve the owner on Thursday evening, asking him to appropriately refund a percentage that he would nominate of the overall cost for this defect — have not heard back from him. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau to ensure they are aware of this service when grading this business.

I wish I had seen the review by Leah S. before I placed my order in August. I’m dealing with the SAMEEXACTTHING with them right now. I’m getting the run around, no communication back, bad service, rude attitude, etc. Now I’m really worried that the couch I ordered is going to be shipped from NC to CA and I’ll have a poorly done piece of furniture. Lesson learned… I should’ve gone to my local guy.

OMG, I can’t believe that I’m the first to post a review on this amazing company that is America’s best kept secret(that shouldn’t be a secret). I accidentally found this company several weeks after drooling over a pricey sofa set that I had seen on restoration hardware’s website. After speaking with Steve, one of the owners, I felt extremely confident that he was qualified to flawlessly clone this beauty of a set that I had fallen in love with. To my surprise, the turnaround was only 5 weeks short. My husband and I drove to NC from Atlanta to pick up our furniture that we’re proud to say, «It’s made in the USA.» We are sooooo happy with our purchase. The quality, craftsmanship and customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who can appreciate quality furniture from a small family owned business that is attentive to their customers needs. MADEINTHEUSA :)
