Some time after my glowing review of 2012, there was an «incident» with a senior staff member at this location that involved her accusing me of trying to leave the premises without paying my fines/​fees.
How awful of her to do so, especially since she was not in the check-​out area when the incident occurred. Which means she didn’t see that I had indeed attempted to pay my fines/​fees but their machine suffered some unfortunate technical glitch.
She raised her voice so loud that everyone in the place turned around to observe the action. Her face was so contorted with anger that she looked downright evil. If I had been carrying my holy water, I would have performed an exorcism on the spot.
Needless to say, I have not returned to this location nor do I intend to.
