This Pizza Hut location is a joke. I order $ 200 worth of pizza a month and EVERY TIME, my order is WRONG. I have to go back, call the manager on duty who is never willing to make it right via a comp on their end. Tonight same thing. Returning breadsticks & pizza. Waiting 15 min for a new one & by the time it gets to our house the other (2) pizzas are ICE COLD. So if you want to WASTE $ 50 & ruin a family pizza night in, this location is for you. NOTE: I even requested Carol to have the store manage to call me when they are next week & she COULDN’T GUARANTEE that the manager would do that. «The manager typically DOESN’T call customers. Let’s just say I’m definitely NOT a happy customer. :(

This restaurant has recently gone downhill. The service isn’t good and neither is the food. I’ve always been a huge Pizza Hut fan, but recently our pizzas have been literally drenched in grease. I’m talking pick the slice up and it’s totally soggy and grease is pouring off of it. It has made me sick several times because it was just so greasy. This has happened multiple times in the past few months. It doesn’t seem to matter what type of toppings or crust we get. It’s so nasty! We have stopped eating here all together and I’m not sure we will ever go back. Yuck!
