Thunder Road Farm

I stopped here with my family and another family on our way back from camp a few years ago. What we expected to be a fun stop for our family turned out to be terrible! A woman who works there (must have some connection to the owners or be an owner because we’ve seen her on TV promoting the corn maze) was over-​bearing! As adults, we didn’t care to go into the kids maze so we were going to send the kids through (The oldest was 10 at the time!!) It was small enough, so we felt comfortable standing at the entrance/​exit area. This lady rushed over to tell us we had to go with the kids. So we did… only to be called back out to tell us we needed to PAY to go in with the kids. Really? It didn’t stop there. Anything the kids were doing (all kids, not just ours) she was right on top of them bark off what to do, what not to do and everything inbetween! I will NEVER go back to their corn maze or patronize them for any other items or sevices they sell. I have told everyone I know how awful that woman was that day. If you are going to provide a service to the public, maybe a little friendly customer service would benefit your business.
