Picked up some coils and Suicide Bunny ejuice. This place is nice, many samples of ejuice to try before you buy. They always have what I go in for. The staff are so nice and friendly. My favorite vape shop to go to.

Let me start out by saying the lady at the counter didn’t know how to pronounce ‘propylene glycol’ or ‘vegetable glycerin’- the main ingredients in their product. The guys in the shop were too busy bro-ing out in a circle with their giant vapes blowing fake smoke everywhere to care that we even walked in. The place felt dirty. Bottles looked homemade and not in a good way. I wouldn’t inhale that stuff.

My wife and I were visiting Memphis for the first time to root my brother on in his 1st Body building competition. Being Vapers, we looked them up on Unilocal and saw they were just a mile away from our hotel, so we decided to see how they stacked up to stores from south Florida where we live. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! The girls behind the counter were friendly but that was the best part of the experience. The Asian guy that was working there was very cold and not very helpful. They sell mostly their own in house blends and just a few other lines of well known juice. Theirs was ok at best. Now for the really bad part We inquired about an Innokin iTaste MVP2.0 Shine edition that we knew should be no more then $ 70. Well, at this establishment it was $ 120!!! YES! You read that right! $ 120 for a device I’ve seen for $ 60 – 70EVERYWHERE else. My advice to you is to avoid this ripoff at all costs.

Flavors are awful! Each is made by guesstimating amounts so they are inconsistent! Zooks in Bartlett is the best and puts this place to shame.

I was new to vaping but I was told it could help me kick my cig habit. I was a bit concerned about this place due to the negative comments but went anyway because I was close. I had a wonderful experience! The lady that helped me answered all of my million questions and even saved me some money by recommending a CHEAPER product. You can try many of the flavors before you buy. I even created one of my own. Will definitely be using them for my vaping needs. Cool store as well!

I have now been into the store 3 times. I have dealt with three different people. All of which were nice and informative. They know their stuff. As for the liquids tasting different… the flavors are premade and they add in the nicotine. I don’t know what these other people are requesting. But they must be wanting a mix of some kind. My go to liquids are honeydew, rum and coke, am red and ms menthol. I love them all. My husband has gone with me twice and we both agree they are much better than create a CIG! Love vaporwize nothing but positive things to say. I go in open minded ask questions and get thoughtful answers. I even had an employee tell me to stick with the financially smart decision(which meant her not making a sale) until I decided if I could stick with this. Which I appreciated her honesty. I will continually go back love it here! Now they offer a belly card which gives you points and discounts I got 10% my last visit which is great! Its like a Kroger card the more points the bigger the discount just one more reason to love it. Also I got some pretty kick ass car advice here lol. Super friendly great experiences each time I highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service. Overpriced compared to any other store I’ve visited. They actively tell people not to order products they sell online. Their juice is mediocre at best and is made in front of you from memory, so flavor X may taste one way one visit and another way the next because it’s all eyeballed on the spot. I’ve been sold coils they swore up and down would work on my tank… they didn’t. The ONLY reason they’re in business is they’re the only game in town. Just order online until a better store opens in the Memphis area. Avoid like the plague.

Some Asian guy helped me. He was pretty Asian and cool. He had a green hat. He is also making a clothing brand named Vape Ninja; it’s pretty awesome. You should look into it. And then he built one my vapes. And it was awesome. :DDD Good customer service. Asian guy was cool. Yes.

This place has horrible customer service and products. I have bought 3 items from this store and all 3 have broke, within the week I bought them. They have no return policy. I brought one item back and they fixed it and it broke the next day. When I brought it back for the 2nd time in 3 days, They blamed me for the problem. I don’t have time to keep coming back because THEY sold me a defective product. Thankfully, against the owners advice, a helpful employee named danny continued to troubleshoot. Turns out they sold me a tank that was not compatible with my $ 130 battery. Did I get a return? No. Now I have an item I paid $ 25 for that will just collect dust. It is apparent they care very little about the satisfaction of a big dollar customer. I highly discourage people from shopping here. The sales people would rather talk on the phone to their friends than help guests. The products are poor quality. The staff has a bad attitude. And not even the owner stands by his products. Do not recommend and will never return.

I just called this place for some pricing information. I was told they do not give prices over the phone. I was then told to look on the website for prices. I told the girl I was speaking to I was looking online and and am having trouble seeing the price of what I wanted. I was told sorry and it can’t be done over the phone. I then asked about cartridges or «tanks» as she called them. This is what you put your liquid into. I asked if you had to buy them as singles or could I buy them in packs. The phone was given to someone else without me being told anything. Now I was speaking with a different girl. I asked if each one were ten dollars because that’s what it said online and I was told they were cheaper than that. She ended up telling me the price and it was different than what showed online. I asked why the price of something in the store would be different than what is advertised online. She was obviously frustrated with me but I was just politely trying to get to the bottom of why they wont tell me the price of merchandise over the phone and why prices are different online. They were not explaining things very well. I was sarcastically asked if I wanted to speak to the owner since he was in store and I said yes. I asked why prices are different online and he said because we work with people in the store on our prices. Wow, I wish they would work with me online! I let him know that it doesn’t make much since to have different prices online than in store especially because the website does not state anywhere that prices may vary in store. I was sarcastically asked, «what do you want, what do you want to know the price of». I told him nothing now. The two girls and the owner I spoke with were plain olé unprofessional and it doesn’t appear they have their stuff together right now. Plus, they were unwilling to assist me with anything over the phone. Thanks but no thanks people! ***PASS***
