The Orleans At Walnut Grove

I am getting extremely frustrated with this apartment complex. It was nice at first but any and every experience is nice until you come across an issue. I’ve never had an issue paying rent or anything of that nature.
The issue for me has been the new staff here. The staff is rude and extremely incompetent. I called a staff member after noticing packages not being delivered to my mailbox and/​or door. So I was told to contact the company the sender used, USPS/​UPS/​FEDEX/​etc. I’ve had 8 – 9 packages resent to my apartment because all of my packages were «lost.» The apartment complex would always come up with a package that was opened from a resident in the neighborhood eventually, but I don’t pay money for my packages to get opened and then passed down to me after a resident realizes it’s not theirs.
Every time I call trying to gain information about a situation they say they will call and NEVER do. We recently had regulars from work use us as referrals and weren’t even notified by the apartment complex, Our regulars actually ran into us and asked us if the apartment complex let us know about the referral. They didn’t and after calling asking about it I’m getting the run around. I have other people interested in moving in here as well, but I told them to RUN the other direction. I’m so ready to move into a house after this lease is over with.

Came home again to find someone double parked in the first spot… AGAIN– not leaving room for others… no respect for your neighbors.

These apartments are very nice inside, and it is not a stretch to call them luxury apartments. There are granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, crown moldings in all rooms, high-​quality fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. The complex is only a few years old, and everything is fresh and new. The staff is friendly and professional. The only reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is the amount of noise in the parking lot and from other apartments at times – but there are always a few obnoxious neighbors, no matter where you live.

I have been living here for less than a month and so far so good! The staff downstairs is super friendly and helpful! it is super quiet at all times, never have any noise issues! The one bedroom is super big and more than enough space with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. There is a lovely water view and it feels really safe! Love the environment

Great place to live if your looking for an apartment ! I was there for over a year. They have a friendly staff, the complex is quite at night and I felt safe and it’s in the best location of Cordova !
