My favorite spot, service always great! They where pretty quick on my food order! I had the ultimate nachos with a kids spud. The lady who brought my food wouldn’t except my 6 $ tip but I left it anyway!

Salad was good. Not outstanding but hit the spot
Server came to table and asked if I would like him to get me a refill of my unsweetened tea. Uh Yea!

This is a great, affordable spot to bring the family for delicious sandwiches and their famous Sweet Tea. I personally love the choose 2 feature for $ 7.29.

The tea is the bomb dot com. I always get the grilled chicken club. Only downside they check on you at the table a little too much.

Love the new self service drink stations implemented at this store. I don’t think I have seen this yet at any of the other McAlister’s around town. I love not having to wait around for my refill of sweet tea :)

It was just ok. The baked potato was a nice size but didnt have enough filling in it. I didnt particularly care for the soup.

When I walked in, immediately it smelt like cleaning supplies. Not something you want to smell going into a restaurant. Also the nachos that my boyfriend ordered really weren’t all that great. There was only a little bit of meet and cheese on 4 or 5 chips, the rest was just chips. I order the spicy southwest chicken griller and it is suppose to come with guacamole and there was none on there. Another thing would be the fruit. Please try and have fresh fruit and not fruit that has come out of a can. Although the food and smell weren’t all that great the service was very good and the people were very kind and helpful!

This is my fav McAlisters in memphis! It has a ton of indoor seating and ALOT of outdoor seating too. Very dog friendly! I see people with their doggies here all the time (big plus). Their windows are large so they let in alot of light for the insider eaters, which I like. Workers are friendly and service is allright (I always seem to come here during rush hours!)
I’ve ordered:
The Club — good standard sandwich. you can’t go wrong with this. I like that they toast the bread and slice it into triangular bite sized pieces!
Mac N Cheese — comes out warm! Tastes better than the other locations.
Chicken Salad — SO DERICIOUS. Unlike other sandwich places where their chicken salad is literally just mayonnaise and chicken, this place actually puts celery and grapes and the chicken tastes good! I also LOVE that they put it on a *Toasted Crossaint* Omg makes it so dericious!
Pecanberry Salad — I super super wanted to love this. But it’s okay. The dressing is a little TOO sweet for me, and the chicken feels like it’s been sitting in the fridge all day long. However, I do like that they put in fresh strawberries, blueberries, and very delicious toasted nuts!
Their sweet tea is delicious, and I love that they have fresh cut lemons for all of us that like it in our waters (or our teas!)
I love their outdoor seating as I stated, and the people are incredibly friendly. I love this place and I would highly highly recommend it, even if you do live further out!

Stopped by for lunch while visiting the Memphis. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad that arrived at my table in the biggest bowl I’ve ever seen, lol! I could only eat ¼ of it however if I were a cow I could have grazed for weeks and produced at least several gallons of milk!
Next time I’ll take three friends with me to split a salad!

I’m a big lover of starchy foods and baked potatoes are no exception!
In town on business, my coworker says «let’s go McAlister’s, they have sandwiches and baked potatoes» and I agree beacuse I love both. We arrive and nothing on sandwich board catches my eye much but then I see their loaded baked potatoes and I decide to go with the grilled chicken potato which has mozarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions.
The potato (really 2 potatoes) was pretty good, I didn’t even need to add butter. The chicken was moist and tender and the flavors blended together perfectly without being too heavy. Can’t complain. Nothing really stands out much but next time I’m in TN, I’ll probably want another potato or to try something new.
Service was fantastic and the servers were friendly and extremely attentive.

Super friendly service and great food! And Also an updated Tea Bar, you can now get ur drink yourself instead of having to wait! Yay!
