Germantown Storage is the standard in the greater Memphis area. They are family owned, consistently provide quality features and customer service, and are ideally located. Friendly and professional management is the icing on the cake.

Be very careful when doing business with these guys. On a Saturday afternoon just before they closed, they promised me they would hold a unit until the end of the day the following Monday (they’re closed on Sunday). When I called at 1pm on Monday to let them know I wanted to rent the unit, I was told it had already been rented that day. When I asked why, since it was being held for me, the attendant said it had been rented because someone else showed up wanted to rent it. Really, how is that holding a unit? If this is how they treat someone before they rent, I can’t imagine how badly they treat someone who has already given them money,
