Eric’s Nails

My family and I walked in ready for the works. A couple of us had pedicures while I opted for a manicure and pedicure. They were busy but were able to get us all seated in a quick manner. We were all seated, pampered, and walking out the door after 1 ½ hours. That’s awesome I think for 4 women to be getting things done. I was very pleased with how long my finger nail polished lasted as well. I am very rough on my nails, and my painted lasted for close to 2 weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and how clean the salon was. My family has been using this location for a couple of years now, and I will most definitely come back. They are a few dollars more than a few other salons I have tried in the area, but with the length of time for wear and tear on my nails it’s definitely worth the few extra bucks.

The service was so terrible. I went on a Wednesday night and it was crowded for a Wednesday but nothing too bad. I sat in the water in the pedicure chair about an hour. I received a half done manicure. Cuticles still looked bad and shellac polish was rushed. The guy doing my mani kept yanking my nails and even told me to «find a match» to my nail color in a rude tone. The pedicure was half done as well. She went back over one with regular polish and didn’t even think to put a top coat on it until I reminded her before they asked me to pay. I tried this nail shop this time after my first initial time trying them just to give it another shot plus save about $ 10 instead of going to Mary Kings next door. Worst mistake ever. Won’t be back.

Very nice people, great pedicure. It was nice and quiet, the lady doing my pedi did not even flinch at my runner’s feet.

This is the best nail salon in memphis! I have been a loyal customer here for years and would never visit another salon! You can trust the cleanliness and the value for all services!
