The lady I saw was a nurse practitioner, I believe. I really appreciated her manner and concern. I was treated well and she really wanted to help. I was seen almost right away and everyone was very friendly.

The Bartlett location refused to honor my appointment and told me to go to Cordova. Told me the wait time in Bartlett was 45 min to 1 hr

They were there when I really needed them. On Thanksgiving afternoon I had an unfortunate accident while installing a door at my home. It involved a wood chisel and my hand. Fortunately, the good folks at CareSpot were on duty. I walked right in, they were quick, courteous and professional. In less than an hour I had five stitches and was on my way. The price was cheaper, the staff was much more friendly and I was on my way a lot quicker than if I had gone to the emergency room. I’m so grateful to have had Anne Horstman and the staff on duty that day for sewing my hand up. Thank you.

While traveling in the area, I visited this facility after having fallen while running the day before. I was concerned that I may have fractured or broken a bone in my wrist when I fell so wanted to get it checked out. I ended up here as it was the closest to where I was staying. From the minute I walked in until I left, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. There was very little wait time. The front desk staff was efficient and gathered all my personal information quickly. I was seen by a nurse who took some vitals and then was seen by the doctor who thoroughly explained next steps (X-​ray) and then followed up with me shortly after to deliver the good news; no broken bones! I was out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience and would use this facility again if need be.
