This is a nice, well-​kept apartment complex in a quiet neighborhood, but the prices are becoming more and more unreasonable.
My unit was neat, well-​quipped and cozy. I had new carpet and nice fixtures, though the bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated. All of my calls to maintenance were promptly answered and resolved. There is a pool, exercise room and plenty of parking and green space on the property. You can also pay your bills online. It’s a fairly enjoyable place.
The catch? The prices hike every year, upwards of $ 40 a year (I lived there for two and a half years). It’s a nice place, but after a few years the price had out-​sized the quality of the apartments.
