My sister usually fills out the forms for my father since she’s in the medical feld and faxes them to the Dr.‘s office but she accidentally sent them to the wrong office. The office worker gave my dad the forms to fill out and when he was having trouble she asked him, «what’s the matter with you, can’t you read or write?!!» (in a nasty tone) He does have dyslexia so yes he has trouble filling out forms. He was humiliated. I don’t have a problem with Dr. Stanley but I wouldn’t recommend sending a loved one to his practice since they may not be cared for appropriately by his staff.
