I ordered flowers and chocolates through Teleflora and they used Johnston the Florist. The order was delivered a day late for a birthday even though they kept telling me that it was out for delivery.
I called the actual florist and they are taking care of everything for me. Apparently Teleflora gave them all the wrong information.
I am very happy with the service!
