Caring Heights Community Care & Rehab Ctr

My father was transferred to this caring facility from Ohio Valley Hospital for the final stages of his life. We honestly knew what the outcome was going to be when he transferred here and we were looking for a place to make him as comfortable as he could be till the end. Caring Heights and the entire staff were awesome. I can not say enough good things about them. They were comforting, understanding and went above and beyond at a time when they could of very easily of given up and moved on to the next patient. They somehow made a bad situation a little better and enabled us to push forward and get through. They were always asking if we needed anything, answered all our questions and even made special arrangements for us when my father’s roommate was not so understanding of the situation. Dont’t believe those reviews from many years ago because I believe Caring Heights has made a complete turn around for the better and I would recommend them if you are looking for a place for your loved ones.
