I went here once and overall had a positive experience. The wait wasn’t excessive, the staff very friendly and the PA who saw me very pleasant and professional. A place like this is perfect for a minor malady if unable to see your physician. My only problem was they didn’t correctly calculate the estimated portion I had to pay. Other than that, I would recommend this office.

Visited this place Sunday ¹⁄₁₇ not busy, clean, nice receptionist. I was seen by a PA who did a rapid strep test on me that came back negative. He said he will send it to the lab and call on Tuesday if it comes back positive I will fill the script for the antibiotics and start taking it. It’s about 10 am on Tuesday and I called, the receptionist informs me that he never send it out because he didn’t see any white spots on my throat and he said he was treating me for strep anyways. I asked her why would I take antibiotics for somethings I don’t have. Ps I’m still waiting for a call since the receptionist said PA would call me back. I’ll update this if/when they do call. I would recommend stat health much better.

Dr Heckler and Dr Ali were enthusiastically and emphatically recommended by a health care practitioner, I greatly respect and admire. As usual, his recommendation was right on target.
Dr. Ali quickly and competently diagnosed me, my problem and offered solutions to get better quickly. She explained how to avoid the problem again (a severe sinus infection) in the future, by dealing with my allergies immediately. Dr. Ali had a great deal of patience with my questions and concerns. When I called up later in the afternoon about an additional medication, they quickly and efficiently followed up. The receptionists were cheerful, understanding, patient and helpful. The physician’s assistant was very, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I was truly impressed with the facility, the cleanliness and efficient way the office is run. I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful urgent and primary care place.
