Although I no longer live at Avalon Pines, I had a few friends ask me about living there. Reviewing Unilocal,I noticed that my complaint was never addressed by the corporation with a «I’m sorry for your bad experience…» Like all the others. Well, that spoke volumes. I did tell my friends that there has been one too many news worthy drug dealers living there. There should be gated security. Perhaps they have it now, I don’t know, I haven’t been back since I left last year.

excellent service from maintenance man Garry — inspected a leak in kitchen sink and identified the problem immediately, went to the shop and got the part and installed it in 15 minutes. Very courteous and prompt — thanks Garry

I’ve been living here since last summer and all around I have to say a great community, grounds are well kept, office staff is very friendly and always greets us with a smile. Maintenance is always prompt & courteous in handling any issues that arise. Garry has been here a few times to do some repairs and is always friendly & knowledgeable in taking care of whatever needs to be fixed. I love living here and intend on staying for a long time.

It was a nice place a few years ago but has really gone down hill fast. Paper thin walls, defective appliances, and horrible neighbors with way too many people living in the units. Drug dealers and parties all night long are the norm there now.

If you are looking to rent a high end condo with what they call a «gym» please note the «gym» is a joke and the basketball court can only be used when corporate idiots who run the place are actually on site witch is never so amongst paying extremely high HOAs you don’t get what they promise

The place is clean, flowers all the time. Good maintenance service. However it is pricey and they increase the rent every year a lot. The price for a 2 bed appartment is around $ 2100/​month (2014). Every year they will try to increase the rent for about $ 150. You need to negotiate to try to reduce the increase from $ 150/​month to about $ 50. They also charge $ 600/​year dor the ammenities. $ 15/​month/​car and $ 10/​month as a trash fee.
