This place is very old and very poorly maintained. If you spend the same amount of money you can get much nicer places around Coralville. In winter it gets worse with high heating bills as the building is old and getting worn out. The appliances are also very old and they never agreed to replace it even after clearly showing that the freezer door was partially open. with air leaking. If possible stay out of this place!
