This is not a review of McDonald’s rather it’s a review of this location. Once again, I was disappointed. Orders are often messed up and the outdated menu boards don’t show many items that I learned later are still available.

Went to the drive-​thru today. Charged a $ 1 because I wanted a cup of water instead of milk with my happy meal. My son asked for Dr. Pepper and got a diet coke. Everyone’s fries were hard and cold.

Excellent staff! We stopped at McDonalds to feed our infant son and have a snack before getting back on the road. Even though it was Easter, all the employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They warmed my son’s bottle for us and gave my toddler daughter a toy despite us not ordering a happy meal. McDonalds is not typically our first choice, but I’m happy to have stopped here!

Horribly slow drive thru. Waited forever and the place looked dead. Not easy location to get into. Traffic is dangerous getting out. Be careful. Lots of accidents.

Coralville, IA
Fact — this is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. It gets bumped up a star for décor that reminds me of a lot of upper-​middle tier hotels. The large red swivel chairs were particularly lovely!
The food is standard McDonald’s fare and who doesn’t love a McGriddle every once in while — those syrup pockets are like survival pods from a pancake batter apocalypse!
The dual drive thru is really nice and at least allows you to get your order in quickly and these folks are generally pretty fast about getting your McMeal!
It’s McD’s, just a nicer one than you’ve ever been to!
