I really wanted to like this place, as I will be spending more money on skin care as I am 35 now. I went in for laser treatment on my broken blood vessels around my nostrils and at first, they were friendly and accommodating. I spent money on three treatments and my blood vessels did not improve. They never went away at all. There might have been a very slight improvement in them in the first couple days, but they were fully back almost immediately. After three treatments and spending close to $ 300, and them doing another touch up treatment for free, they suggested electro cotarizing. I did that thinking it was the solution. They didn’t charge me. I started to notice a change in their attitude. The doctor suggested I needed to do another laser treatment after the cotary didn’t work either. I came in for one more no charge laser treatment. Also no change in blood vessels. I called and left a message with my results and very nicely asked what they think I should do. The customer service here is where I have an issue. None of this is my fault, and after spending close to $ 300, I simply want something to show for it. Based on the return call, I felt that they saw me as a nuisance and didn’t want me to come in/didn’t want to offer me a solution to the problem. So here I am. Not going back. Out $ 300. Still looking for someone to get rid of my redness around my nose. :(

I come here for the laser hair removal treatments. Michele the nurse is wonderful at what she does. Explains everything in detail and helps you feel at ease. I was very nervous starting treatments after hearing about the pain associated and seeing pictures of treatments gone wrong. They use a special tool that measures your skin color to adjust the strength of the laser, this prevents burns. The pain is totally doable. Less pain than waxing. There is just a fast twinge, but then the pain is gone. No residual pain or uncomfortable feeling afterwards, like with waxing. Worth the money, in my opinion. They also have deals where you purchase one laser treatment and get another 50% off. They have it a couple times a year, and you can buy as many as you want.

Had my legs treated for varicose veins and the results were not great. The doctor and girls seemed professional though. The billing department is something else. They can’t figure out how to file an insurance claim correctly and am still waiting for the $ 400.00 I overpaid them on my deductible.

This was the first time I had ever been to a dermatology clinic. The Dr spent 20 minutes with me during my consultation, providing me with literature and a wealth of knowledge. The nurse was in the consultation and took notes as the Dr spoke. Afterward, the nurse reviewed the Dr’s recommendations and left everything up to me. I decided on: IPL light treatment to remove veins on the sides of my nose, and Botox in between my eyebrows(a permanent vertical line was forming from frowning). I was VERY nervous to get Botox, but she was very nice and encouraging. She even said if I arrived at my appt and decided not to go through with it, that would be completely fine! My appt for IPL and Botox was 2 weeks after my consultation, and it went AMAZING! The same nurse, Kim, performed the procedures– she is great at her job. She explained everything as she went, & it was almost painless. My follow-up was 9 days later, and they did before/after photos. I had a small area where there were still veins on my nose and Kim took care of them with IPL right away! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!!! Customer service and results = A+ !

Wow. What ever happened to customer service? I just called to inquire about my order from March 21(now March 29) and the receptionist was incredibly rude. She called me back to tell me the order was not sent out until March 25 and it was MY responsibility to tell them I needed it right away. In the past, orders have gone out right away without my having to ask. I commented on her attitude in the previous call and she blamed it on me. WOW. I won’t be going back to the spa and I can order the product online. So much for trying to support local business!
