Horrible service every time I come to this location and unfortunately it’s the closest one to me! The lines are always eight people deep and they have two to three registers open only, meanwhile they have 20 Flippin registers available! It’s absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous!!! It is obvious they really don’t care about their patrons! I gotta find a new place to shop!

went to this walmart on my way home from work like i normally do to grab grocerys. The guy ringing me up was very confused and slow moving. He would bag my stuff then put it on top of the carousel bagger system instead of just spinning it like most cashiers. I get home and found im missing at least 4 items. I called for over forty minutes and the dressing room woman kept answering the phone to transfer me to customer service. They never answered. I finally asked to speak to a manager and after waiting another ten minutes with no answer i finally just drove to the store. They are not exactly close and that was the last thing i wanted to do. I was calling to ask if they could just hold the stuff and i would pick it up on my way home from work tomorrow. When i got there and explained they were completely unsympathetic and just were like sorry and handed me my bag of frozen fooda that they left sitting out for over an hour and walked away.

The only way I would shop at this location because it’s convenient but otherwise, it’s one of the worst Walmart I have ever been to. When things are not available, it would take them days or even a week or two to restock what is needed in the store. This Walmart would definitely need to change their employees or management. Oh, yes… Don’t bother asking anyone where the items or merchandises are at, because they wouldn’t be able to assist — they wouldn’t know where to locate them. Please, help yourselves! Lol…

ZEROSTARS My fault. What was I thinking? I bought a single serving red velvet cake and a single serving carrot cake. UTTERTRASH! No red velvet or carrot cake flavor. These were no doubt produced in some prison factory kitchen somewhere by tortured hostages. EACH cake went RIGHT into the garbage after one bite. COMPLETEGARBAGE. Never again!

I used to love this location but not so much anymore. It’s so convenient for me because I live super close. Unilocal is saying this store has been renovated. I don’t agree. In fact the store looks worse than ever, in my opinion. The kitchen accessory isle was a complete mess. Lot’s of empty space on the shelves and very low inventory on most items. Items were randomly scattered along the isle. Nothing was placed in the correct area. I needed to pick up a bottle of salad dressing to bring into my office. The dressings were in two different isles. Very bizarre. I attempted to pick up a birthday card. The cards were a mess and just thrown in whatever slot was available. For example, I found sympathy cards mixed in with the birthday cards. The low point of this mornings shopping experience was the check out area. Normally they don’t have cashiers in the store until 7am. Usually this is never a problem because they have a few self check out ones that are easy to use. This morning was a circus. Three open self check outs and none of them worked. One employee who barely spoke English had to deal with all the screaming customers who were in a rush to get to work. This poor lady just kept on opening new self check out registers but instead of helping everyone clear out their purchases and to assist in the register switch she just walked away mumbling. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and I was told that they did not have mgt at that time of the morning. Really? Walmart has no management in the store at all? Not even an assistant mgr? Hard to believe that corporate would allow stores to stay open without a manager in the store. Very bizarre. I’m still giving this location three stars. The prices are excellent, they are open 24 hours and parking is easy. I hope corporate gets some mgt in place so this store can thrive.

Definitely convenient until you get to checkout lol. They do have anything you need. Usually some good people watching. Self checkout whenever possible.

Gotta love walmart when it is 24hrs, it always comes in handy. But there was nobody on the registers and the self check out lights were red and clear no green so no direction at all to make a purchase. Staff could be more present full and nice to customers when shopping. Publix and winn dixie staff always ask if you need any help or looking for something special. But walmart is walmart everybody knows that they do not take very care of their staff, so that’s what makes the staff don’t care about their job and customers. Great deals all a round at walmart can not beat the price of the products and where else.

It’s a super walmart. Has just about everything at a usually good price. I use the price catcher and that has been a benefit just in case. I let them look for a better price and I get the difference if one is found. This store is clean and the isle are wide.
