Say they close at 439am on the sign, but they are always closed by 330 am, bad management, they should change the sign!

I kid you not I waited for 48 minutes with 6 cars in front of me. That’s not FAST food.

Go there a couple times a week for breakfast and am disappointed every time. This is my last time going there though. The cashier is slow and rude and never seems to be able to get our order correct. Not a great way to begin your morning.

Came here during «happy hour» where all the medium drinks are a dollar and some change but always manage to pay full price. The food that was made wasn’t even made the way I wanted was filled with refried beans when I specifically told them I didn’t want it as well as over stuffing my tacos with lettuce when I just wanted a bit is like they purposely messed up my order which had me fooled with how great they took my order. Definitely will not be visiting this specific Taco Bell again completely ruined my lunch.

DO NOT GO HERE. Placed an order though the online app. After standing there for 20 min i finally as where the order is. They lost the order and when I asked about it the «manager» said i was wrong and just walked away. I have to call her over again and show them the receipt with he correct address. It took them another 20 min to make my order. All the time taking other customer and giving them their food. The service is terrible and they do not know how to even stack the food in the bags. They put all items such as nacos and the mexican pizza standing up in the bags so everything gathers near the bottom and even though they wrote down the order it came out incorrect multiple times. I asked for any manager and they just ignored me. Abysmal service. Go down the street to the combo kfc/​taco bell or the one near the mall. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

A poorly run Taco Bell.
Order through the drive thru — repeat yourself over and over yet they still forget things, hot sauce etc.
Inside? Not as clean as the TB on University and Atlantic…
although they have the nice side seats with «electrical outlets» they do NOT have wifi, and the clueless kid at the register did not know what I was asking about. Manager came out and NO — NO wifi.
Why not? Too cheap for Wifi here? LOL.
This is not the best TB by far — another thing, they are sloppy (ie, a taco will have half the filling out)

What happened? This place used to be good. Now, it’s back to slow, sloppy food that is just not good. :-(
I’ve been coming to this TB for over a year and getting (on occasion) some of the best Taco Bell I have ever had (seriously). But lately the food quality has slipped and the level of service and speed in service /​food preparation has fallen off the chart. Tonight we waited 5 – 10 min just to order (they stopped taking orders at one point causing a line to form literally out the door), we then waited 15 – 20 min for our food. A broken taco, and a stale tortilla on a burrito were two of the highlights of our order, however one out of four items did come correct (nachos). I’m just really disappointed as I thought that I finally found a «good» Taco Bell. The food is actually really good when prepared well. I won’t hold this one experience against them and I will give this location another chance, but for now.

I’ve never had slower service. It looks good & the staff is nice enough but, when TB takes 30 mins it’s not worth it. Avoid this TB.

I was there shortly after 1pm and the service was quick, with a smile, and my food was hot.
Now, we all know that’s how fast food’s supposed to be. but it’s not always the case.
This place seems to know what they’re doing.

New place, Poor service.
This place looks great, looks clean, and is brand new. Well looks can be very deceiving folks. The service is ultra slow and the staff working looked like a bunch of teenagers who are working their first job ever. I placed a pretty big order and they messed up half of it. I had three steak burritos with extra cheese, one beef supreme burrito extra cheese, a Mexican pizza extra cheese, and two double decker beef supreme taco extra cheese. I was watching the kid make my food and I was trying to get his attention as he was F’ing up my order. He was loading up my son’s steak burritos with this red sauce when it was just supposed to have extra cheese. If any of my $hit had extra cheese I didn’t see it. When he brought me my order, I said its wrong. blah blah blah. He took it back and told the manager well I think she was the manager, and she delegated this kid to work on the other side of the prep table. The kid looked like a puppy that knew he did something wrong. I got my order and as I was walking out another person was walking in with a bag of food that was apparently screwed up too. Not good. The food was not a full portion. No extra cheese, skimpy on the meat and everything else.
I gave the place two stars because it was clean, new, and I felt bad for the young manager. I’m sure they will do better in time. Stay Hungry

New location, very modern design, very friendly service (my husband usually orders for me so I didn’t know what the meal was and she kindly offered to help identify my combo if I explained it to her), the fountain drink machine has more options than your typical Taco Bell, and the food looked closer to the picture than a lot of other Taco Bell’s. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. :) As fast food joints go, this gets 5 out of 5 stars.
